Love how clean it is and i love the customer service and making my child feel safe

We had a positive experience at this pediatric dental office. The staff were helpful and attentive. Even helped my 5 year old daughter to do successfully the X-ray for the back teeth which we couldnt do in other places before. The doctor also answered all our questions and concerns. Its important for us to find a dentists office where our child feels comfortable and cared for. Definitely recommend this place.

Worst experience. The doctors hand was shiveringshaking when the examination was done. Doctor Applied fluoride even before the cleaning. The cleaning was done within 4 minutes. Very worst experience. Do not recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERI had the worst experience at this dentist. Took my son for orthodontist consultation. Gave my insurance information two weeks prior to the appointment. Once I got there staff was unprepared. Front desk receptionist told me that she forgot to call my insurance. We waited in the lobby for an hour while she tried to get all that taken care of. Once inside staff was rude. During X-rays my kid kept saying they were hurting him no one cared. Dentist rushed through the appointment because other patients were waiting and he was running behind. After this horrible experience I decided to look for another dentist. We found another wonderful orthodontist and started our treatment. Several months later out of the blue after everything had been settled received a bill from this dentist. A phone number underneath to call for any questions. I called several times and they kept hanging up on me. I have no idea what those charges are for and no answers from their side. Did I mention that I have two insurances I am a registered nurse and my husband is an orthopedic doctor. Our dental insurance is as good as it gets.

Had a great experience here. The dentist was super quick and made sure my son was comfortable My son did amazing for his first trip to the dentist All staff was very friendly as well

This is a really bad and commercial chain. They struggled to do fillings on my kid and we had to come in multiple times to re-try or the clinic would keep calling us to postpone the appointment as the doctor was unavailable. This went on for more than a couple of months. And now they have been sending us outstanding bill amount without running it by the insurance - there is nobody to speak with. The clinic does not handle billing queries. The billing department never picks up the call or calls back. Absolutely horrible experience.Its been two months since the above review and Ive also tried calling the number in the response below but same - the whole customer support appears to be a scam Ive left at least 5 voicemails but nobody ever picks up or calls backDo yourselves and your kids a favor and find another dentist We moved on to another clinic in Danville which is wayyyy better

They do not have good customer service I tried to make an appointment for my kids and they couldnt answer my questions. When I called back they hang up on me three times.

My kids ages 3 5 love going here. The staff is patient and kind as they informed my kids what was going to happen throughout their visit as it was happening. This made my kiddos feel comfortable. It was a great experience. Also the doctor was kind thorough and answered all my questions. Excellent service here.

I found out about this location when the opened across from my.workplace. My 4yo was visiting the dentist for the first time. From the moment we entered we felt welcome. Even had her name in the welcome board. Every person we spoke with today from the front doors to the dentist herself were warm and friendly day and wonderful with my daughter. I would highly recommend this clinic to all children.

My kids first dental appt with kids care was great. The staff beginning with the front desk to Dr. Anu was fantastic. Everyone was patient kind thorough and down to Earth. I am also happy to see such an open office. No hiding behind walls. I was able to stay with both my nervous children. Definitely coming back
