The front desk helps me most when I am so desperate in looking for an availability. we were in Kaiser the whole night due to dental pain and Since er was all packed we have no alternative but to wait for few hours to call dental office. I am so fortunate that I was able to get help that I needed. My son my booked on that day. Thanks to her.. She is extremely nice and helpful. sorry i forgot to ask for your name..

Dr. Kapoor is the absolute best Shes done all my sons cleaning and dental work since he was a baby He loves coming to see her and you can tell she enjoys what she does

We love Kids Care dental Orthodontics Our kids have been coming here for the last 7 years and have always had a pleasant experience. All the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Also a shout out to Dr Kapoor she is so amazing with our young ones. Recommend everyone with young kids to come here and you will never have to go anywhere else.

Update About two weeks after I posted this review I was contacted by Kids Care Dental and the billing issue was resolved.So I will upgrade my Star from 1 star to 3 star. They said the fault was with my insurance but offered a one time courteous credit. If they hadnt taken 9 months and kept insisting it was my fault the account was delinquent I would have given them 5 stars. This was a 99 visit that they fought me on from March until November I had another local dentist wipe a 500 bill because of an insurancebilling error. I have Military insurance and it is causes a lot of issues because they cover everything but Billing has to mail in all paperwork not rely on digitalelectronic submission. I get that its a pain but its up to billing department to make sure things get done properly. I really did not feel good that they blamed the customerinsurance for the mistake. If they had handled it within 90 days I could have submitted an appeal to my insurance.Do not recommend. Unprofessional billing department giving me the run around for 9 months. The office manager refuses to handle the situation. Billing messed up and now they want me to pay for their mistakes. Trying to talk to anyone to fix this issue has proven impossible. It has been 8 months of back and forth to no avail. I get weekly automatic messages telling me I owe them money. But they are the ones that made the mistake.In January 2024 I called to make an appointment for my son. They said February 2024. We went they submitted a bill with no issue. Then two months later I start getting weekly delinquent emails saying my August 2023 appointment was never paid by insurance. I called my insurance. Turns out they didnt submit the August bill until after the February visit. I inquired and never got an answer just different people saying they were looking into the problem...for 9 months Its outrageous. Their billing department is so unorganized every person Ive talked to gives me a different excuse. They messed up and have done nothing to fix it. They just keep sending me weekly emails telling me to pay. I am really surprised with so many Dental options in the East Bay they would keep allowing their billing department to make these mistakes and not fix the problem. Ive given them months to fix this but now I will start warning everyone to stay away

Staff is friendly but constant problems with billing after each visit. This was eventually corrected but took several weeks each time. Like someone else mentioned they are now demanding a CC on file. The old Pleasanton location was so much better.

The Kids Care dental team did a wonderful job keeping our son engaged with the teeth cleaning routine. The dentist and the team took great care to ensure that he was comfortable and get any special procedures done with minimal discomfort. Thank you Kids Care Dental

Kids Care in Livermore is a GodsendI have done everything in my power to make the dentist a fun experience for my kids but theres still some fear and apprehension.The second we walked into Kids Care the kids were so happy to be there. Not only does the space completely cater to their kiddo patients but the staff are all so warm and welcoming. I really have never been somewhere medical or otherwise where everyone is so genuinely kind and accommodating.The process was easy painless and my kids are begging for another visit. I live in Oakland but will absolutely continue coming back to Livermore for dentist visits. Dr. Kapoor clearly loves kids and is able to make the process clear and fun.

The dentists and assistants are great. Our kids had easy time when it came to their appointments. However their operations and eligibility-check department sucks. During our sons last 6-mo checkup we were told to return to the office and get the routine appointment which we spent zero second to think about whether it was covered or not by our insurance. I was under the impression that the office checked the eligibility before they called us for a such simple appointment. We were told we were eligible on their so-called 3rd party system1 month later we found out our visit was not covered as we used up the annual allowed visits bc we went to other dentist earlier this year and we were billed by the office. We called the office talked to the office manager in person and on the phone. They told us it was not their responsibility to check on this. Since that I am very concerned about their operations as they refused taking any responsibility in a situation like this. Why would we have to the be one to suffer and pay for their mistake or lack of checkingThe office manager asked us to call the billing department. Why would this be a billing department issue They are pushing the mistake to others.I lost my confidence to get any service here as we dont really know what we would end up to paying. Their estimates become meaninglessMy final point is its a chain business they have very limited ability to waive a fee like this vs any small business owned by a dentist which can be more personal and offer solution to help the patientsUpdate emailed the customer services email for over 2 weeks since I posted. No response is recived

I drive all the way from Oakland just to take my kids here and I will not take them anywhere else . The facility is well kept and the experience every time is very welcoming and overall a great experience for my kids to where they are not afraid when going to get their check ups. The staff is top tier I love them all thank you to Maritza Michelle Olivia. And also a big thank you to Dr. Kapoor shes AMAZING thank you to the whole office. Highly recommended

The staff are extremely friendly helpful. The doc made my girls very comfortable spoke to them with respect kindness. Was gentle with the girls when looking at their teeth. All the staff Made both my daughters 6 3 feels very comfortable during the visit. Stephanie was very sweet very gentle attentive to my girls. Definitely recommend this office for your little ones.
