Kids Care Dental - Elk Grove

Dr. Cameron is amazing and so good with the kids. My son is often reticent in new situations but did great because she made him feel comfortable. She told him he could drive his car down the dentist chair which he loved.

Dr. Fulford is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into his office I was greeted with warmth and kindness from his staff. As someone who struggles with anxiety when it comes to dental visits Dr. Fulford immediately put me at ease with his calm demeanor and gentle approach. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them with patience and understanding. Throughout my orthodontic treatment Dr. Fulford demonstrated expertise and professionalism while always prioritizing my comfort and well-being. Thanks to his care my smile has been transformed and I couldnt be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Fulford to anyone seeking an orthodontist who not only delivers exceptional results but also truly cares about their patients experience.

Very professional clean and efficient. Waiting room is nice and they seem to have a great grasp of what their clients are looking for.

We have been seeing Dr. Carlson for almost 13 yrs. She is by far the best dentist we couldve asked for and we adore her My daughter has only had good experiences and feels at ease with having to go to the dentist because of how amazing Dr. Carlson is The staff is always friendly and personableWe highly recommend Dr. Carlson and her staff

My daughter has been a patient at this location for the last 4 years. The dentists and hygienists are fabulous. However the accounting department is terrible and will often send out additional bills after we paid the initial bill. This occurred on 3 separate occasions. We will not return and have moved to another office.

My son had a rough start to his experience with the dentist until we decided to try Kids Care Dental Orthodontics in Elk Grove. Right away the environment was so much more positive than all the other places weve tried before. All the staff are so welcoming and patient. The staff made sure he was comfortable throughout the whole process. My son definitely feels much better about going to the dentist now

The doctors orthodontist and hygienist staff are great The front office and financial staff is less than par. The financial staff is rude and disrespectful. Yesterday my daughter had her braces removed which in turn was my last payment. After I checked in the financial staff member name starts with a B walked over and asked the office staff RIGHT in of me in a rude and disrespectful tone DID SHE PAY I stopped her and asked her if she had a question to ask me since I was standing there. I have NEVER missed or was late on a single payment. I am leaving Kids Care for being disrespected which saddens me because we have been with Kids Care for 16 years. Hopefully the lack of customer service at the Elk Grove location will addressed.

Poor communication. Did not verify insurance and explain the costs prior to booking appointment or doing the treatment. We have dual insurance coverage and receptionist did not know the process was rude and harsh and tried to overcharge us. This is not the first time we have rude and non-experience staff and KCDO tried to overcharge us but will definitely be our last time. We plan to cancel all remaining appointments and take our kids elsewhere. We would give zero star if we could.

Dr Carson is so kind and friendly. She made the teeth cleaning for my 3 yo as painless as possible. The assistant was extremely sweet and helpful. It was very busy when I got there for my 4pm appointment but I was still seen very quickly. I was in and out in about 35 minutes.

This location used to be great. But it seems like there has been changes and it shows. My kids had an appointment today and it completely slipped my husbands mind. The front office was very rude. I understand he was late and the appointment needs to be reschedule. What is not okay is for the staff to be so rude saying someone kept answering and hanging up. I was working so how can I answer the phone. He tried calling numerous times to inform he was running late and nobody answered. We werent rude about the office not answering. I hope they hire nicer staff and not people who dont want to be there and have no people skills. If you dont like your job or having a bad day dont take it out on someone else. We wont be coming back.

Weve been taking our child here ever since she was a toddler and their location was off of Laguna Springs Drive. Service was always great and weve recommended KCDO to many friends and family over the years. I dont know whats going on but within the last year to year and a half it seems like things have been going down hill. The front staff are a hit and miss at times. The dental staff in the back are much better. Good luck trying to call and get through to the office no matter what number you call. Hardly anyone picks up. Within the last year alone Ive had to stop by their office physically 3 times just to ask questions since no one was answering the phone and they didnt return my calls when I left messages. IMO theyre either under staffed or take on way too many patients than they can handle. Recently we waited over an hour and 10 minutes after our appointment time to be seen longest prior to this was about 40 minutes. I love the dental staff and my child likes coming here. Im just not sure if its worth returning with everything going on.
