Kids Care Dental - Calvine

We had an appointment today 42624 for Keala orthodontic at 1000am for his hardware Expanding his jaw. They were super busy this morning. They got us to the chair but the doctor wasnt available until after 1040am. The dental assistant Andrea was awesome She took this time to speak with my son make him comfortable explain to him the process and explain the process to me. She was showing us the mold and how to use the key. I really appreciate her explaining and making sure I felt comfortable with the situation. Kids care dental has always provided great customer service and the doctor is Excellent with the kids. He gave the attention and service to us and didnt rush through. I really appreciate thatbecause some people will rush a service because they are falling behind. I cant remember the doctors name. Over all excellent service andwanted to make sure I shout out Andrea for making the most of the situation long wait

Staff is always welcoming and professional. They are also very flexible with scheduling.

Clean offices and the staff was very friendly and good with the kids Lots of stuff for the kids to do.

Best experience They are professional and friendly. The staff and dentists are very accommodating when we went an hour late. They care about the kids and make the kids feel comfortable.

The dentist and hygienist were very nice gentle and patient with my daughter. My only issue is that I was to receive her next appointment via text and I still have not received it. No big deal just a hassle.

In and out for my sons 6 month check up. The assistants are very nice and work very well with him. The dentist is very approachable makes sure to give the parent as much detail as possible and always listens for questions and concerns. I was a nervous wreck as a child going to the dentist but my son doesnt bat an eye when its time to go. Hes very comfortable every appointment.

I love kids care dental. I go to the dental office on Consumes Rd. The staff are always professional and nice to my children and I. They help keep my little ones teeth healthy and clean and are always offering helpful tips for them to keep their teeth healthy

Not happy with services short staffed often plan to spend twice as long as a normal appointment. Front desk not very friendly.

they just charge money I did send them my insurance information and they never looked at it next day when i went there they asked me to pay out of money.

Dr. Chris has been amazing with the dental care for both of my children He is attentive responsive kind and always takes the opportunity to educate them...

Dont worry .. there seems to be only one girl at the front desk who is a little stale . Mumbled greeting.. who are we checking in today no eye contact .. annoyed to have to repeat herself over my nervous autistic child 5yr. The rest of the staff was amazing Assistants were super patient they had to callFor another assistant to help get what was needed and help my Princess feel comfortable and reassured her she was safe. Had stickers ready to reward her for cooperation. DDS was new to us. He was super patient explained everything.. twice made sure we were comfortable with treatment plan and gave all options possible.

The bad experiences Ive had from this dental practice have been mostly with their administrative staff. They are nice when you go along with their plans...
