Kensington Park Senior Living

The staff at Kensington Park are so loving and kind. The residents had blankets over their laps its freezing today to stay warm and a sweet little dog was sending me off with a happy tail as I left.

A wonderful visit. Nicole met us and she is excellent. Answered all our questions and provided great insight. Facility is excellent and very good value.

The staff is always friendly happy and helpful Mom is always happy too The activities are engaging the meals are delicious and Mom will be starting music therapy soon. We are overjoyed with the staff and the services offered at Kensington Park.

I really enjoyed visiting Kensington Park for the first time. Its a lovely clean place with warm and friendly staff and it appears to be a tight knit community. The apartments are adequately sized and have a nice layout. The campus grounds are beautiful with lots of outdoor spaces for residents and a safe neighborhood for walks. Barbara was so pleasant and helpful as I am trying to learn research and navigate this process for my mother. Its definitely worth a visit.

The Highlands staff is the best The greeting is so warm when II walk into the building that I feel like I am walking into my Moms home the minute I enter the Highlands well before I get to my Moms apartment door. Janet Goldberg has provided such great support in dealing with issues in accommodating a very elderly parent that she feels like a sister. When Kensington Park says we are all family they speak the truth. Thank you to all for making my life so much easier.

The Community is beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Im welcomed by the concierge . Employees welcome me and they dont even know me so I feel welcomed. The residents are eager to get where they want to go with a certain enthusiasm and a smile on their faces. They have certain pals to sit with in the Dining room. The common areas are open and roomy for a crowd. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and conducive to taking a walk. Overall a beautiful welcoming community.

KP staff is great. Always happy - very little turnover. My mom is alway well cared for and I never worry about her safety.

My dad has lived at Kensington Park for the past 4 years. It is such a warm and loving place. The staff really goes above and beyond to make the residents feel comfortable and happy and they are so kind and supportive to the families too. They make everyone feel special valued respected and loved.One thing that stands out is the fact that the staff foster community among the residents. When I was visiting assisted living places it was the one with the most lively interaction among the residents. That is so important and my dad has made lots of great friends there. The calendar is full of activities every day with a wide variety to appeal to lots of different interests. There are also therapy programs to help the residents with both physical and cognitive needs. The caregivers nurses and dining staff are all top-notch and the food is excellent. The buildings and grounds are also beautiful and kept meticulously clean.In addition to doing everything so beautifully every day the KP staff have been incredible during the COVID pandemic. They locked down immediately and maintained strict rules to keep everyone safe. They communicated at least once a week with families and were very creative about helping us connect with our loved ones when we werent able to visit. And now they have reached a 100 vaccination rateI highly recommend Kensington Park. My dad really loves living there and I love knowing that he is safe and happy.

My Mom was a resident for the past 3 years at Kensington Park. She loved every minute of her new residence because it was her home. The staff could not have been more caring and loving. They treated her as they would have treated their own mother. All of the folks there ended up being like a family to me as well.The facility has lots of activities transportation to local places doctor stores etc. Mom met many new friends and enjoyed her life as a resident. But The most important reason for remaining at Kensington Park was without doubt all of the caring people that work there. It isnt a huge institution its just like home.
