Great place to take your child in for urgent care and primary. I always feel confident that they are thoroughly checking them over. I will say though my only qualm is the lead testing. I have 5 kids and I dont think any of them have ever had one and I bring them in alot. Not just this hospital though so you live and you learn. Make sure you get the lead test for your kiddos. Its important.

Update Two grievances later and Im back to square one. Clinic Manager Michelle has provided information that is in direct conflict to what is documented in my sons medical chart. Skip this clinic and go somewhere else and if you need to file a complaint go right to the state and JCAHO because this clinic manager will lie to cover herself no matter what documentation says.My children have been seeing the same pediatrician since 2017. Last year he moved to this clinic. Today my boys were to be seen for their well-children visits. My oldest has a skin condition and wearing a mask for even a short period of time causes a viral wound to open on his face and he will have this open wound for weeks. He is on a daily maintenance antiviral to prevent this wound from opening even without mask wearing. This med is prescribed and managed by a dermatologist WITHIN THE CHILDRENS WI SYSTEM. When I spoke with both the nurse and the clinic manager they told me that they didnt care what the mask would do to my sons face that my children would not be seen unless my oldest was wearing a mask. Three hours later and my children are now established with a non-CHW pediatrician. My children will still be seen by their specialists at other clinics. Its clear that Michelle the clinic manager and this pediatrician do NOT put their patients physical well-being first.

We can not say enough good things about the care our precious son receives at this office. Everyone from the front desk to the drs are so kind and patient. Our son sees Dr. Iyer and she made us feel so comfortable right away. She is friendly but so knowledgeable and we feel comfortable asking her any little question that we can think of and she is thorough and patient. We cannot express enough how wonderful she is. Ive written in questions on MyChart and always received prompt responses within an hour both times.We had to take our son to Dr. Bauer once for a skin rash in Mt. Pleasant and he was just as great The best part is if you need a specialist labs or an urgent appointment everything is all in one place. We cannot recommend this office enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional disrespectful clinic Ive been to. My son saw dr.shah for the first time the doctor has horrible bed side manners her medical assistant was nervous of children they charted things that he Supposedly had done but never did needed day care paperwork filled out medical assistant told me she completed it all I checked before leaving the building and she never completed the paperwork which was the only reason I came in for an appointment and lastly the front desk staff wow couldnt believe how she was talking to me or another mother that walked in with her two babies. Will never ever be back to this place pretty disappointing that its a brand new clinic for pediatrics so close to home but would never feel comfortable going back to a doctors office after the experience I had.

We have been with Kenosha Pediatrics for almost 12 years. Dr. Iyer and Dr. Sundareson have been live savers for our children. They have recognized significant health concerns and have made important medical decisions that could have easily been missed. We are grateful for their knowledge follow through and compassion over the years. They have followed up with us during very difficult times. The reception staff has always been polite and helpful.

Weve been with this office for over 7 years up untill a few months ago I recommended them to everyone but the last few months they have been on a downward spiral I call speak to the nurse she says shell call me back after speaking to the Dr no call back I figure okay theyll call tomorrow nope the next day I call for the nurse to still be no help now I figured okay sometimes thing happen but this is now the third time Im finding a new Dr no longer recomended.

The front of desk answer the phone is so rude they are not be patients. And the docor always delay the appointment time last time we waited about 45minutes thats redecules every time she delay the time. We feel so not welcome and how could they help little kids if their service like this.

We have been taking our children to this office for 13 years and love the treatment we get from Dr. Iyer as well as Drs Sundraeson and Young. As a parent of children involved in sports I appreciate how receptive and responsive Dr. Iyer is to our kids needs as they arise and their commitment not only to their well being but also to their desire to get back on the field of play quickly.
