Kelly Peters Counseling

Kelly Peters, MA is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in child, adolescent and family counseling. Kelly obtained her Masters in Counseling Psychology at LaSalle University, and has completed the requirements to become a Registered Play Therapist. She believes that people possess a deep and profound ability to overcome obstacles when provided with a supportive environment. During Kelly's time working with families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders she noted that many parents struggle to engage in play with their children. To support parents in this process, she developed an approach to teaching children with ASD play skills called StoryBook Play(TM) and has focused much of her work on the profound impact of play on the lives of all children.
