Justin P. Eldridge, MD

Dr. Eldridge specializes in internal medicine and pediatrics and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics. Prior to joining the Adult Medicine Office with Christiana Health Care Services, he was site lead, primary-care physician, and clinical educator at Westside Family Healthcare, a Christiana Care Health System partner in Bear, Delaware. Dr. Eldridge earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, with study at Aims Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, funded by a Foerderer Grant for International Study. He completed the internal medicine and pediatrics residency program at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence. He received his bachelor’s degree in biologic sciences from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, accompanied by Dean’s list honors, an AmeriCorps Education Award and a research position at Hudson River Community Health in Peekskill, New York. Dr. Eldridge held supervisory, teaching and advisory positions at his alma maters and was co-director of JeffHOPE Advocacy, where he provided medical care and support to residents of local homeless shelters. Dr. Eldridge is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, fellow and member of the American College of Physicians, member of the American Medical Association, and serves on the planning committee of ACP Scientific Meeting. Dr. Eldridge is conversational in Spanish.
