Joshua D. Feder, M.D.

Joshua D. Feder, M.D., is an experienced and compassionate psychiatrist serving children, adults, and families in and around Solana Beach, California. With more than three decades of experience, Dr. Feder is board-certified in general psychiatry as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. He enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them resolve mental health and behavioral issues, ultimately improving their wellness and quality of life. Dr. Feder has a deep understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders. He creates customized treatment plans for each individual patient, combining medicine, therapy, and lifestyle modifications. Dr. Feder takes a special interest in helping children and families living with autism. He works with caregivers, schools, and other medical providers to ensure the child has everything they need to succeed. As the medical director at SymPlay, he develops technology that supports social communication, which is used in homes, doctors’ offices, and schools across the country.
