I went and the doctor was quite dismissive of my concerns and questions leaning on my youth and objective physical appearance as a sign of health the egregious act was when the office refused to give me my lab results after both doctor and front desk confirmed I would receive them over the phone. This out of the way doctors office then tried to tell me I needed to schedule another appt to come get results they just had that they could just give me they literally refused flat out to give me my results who wants to put in on a lawsuit

I had a really good experience with dr Perez I really recommend this dr he is really good dr to my children and my self very professional and really good staff.

Poor poor customer service Elizabeth was very rude . Not knowing what is wrong with me they advised they can not see me but I can take OTC medication if I like until they have an open appointment they did not help me with an urgent care either

This mans license should be revoked. I went to his office only once the one located on Whittier. At the time I had gone to inquire about PCOS and the treatment I received from him was completely dismissive. 1 I had been struggling with symptoms and wanted someone to check my hormones to confirm that I had it. I was 19 or 20 and should have known better than to stay longer than 5 minutes there. Dr. Perez had no clue what I was even talking about he had never heard of PCOS and acted as if he was irritated with me and my questions. Extremely rude. 2 I asked if there was a gyno available to do a pap test my first ever. Dr. Perez said he could do it himself but I should have known better than to let this negligent man put his hands on me. He was rough to say the least and didnt take the time to help me relax. It was my first pap test I didnt know it should not have been like this. He repeatedly asked me to get closer to the end of the bed as I laid there in just a gown but I guess I wasnt getting as close as he liked because he pulled me by the thighs toward him and did not hesitate to insert his instrument. Again he was clearly irritated. His nurse assistant did not say anything but I could see it on her face that she knew this man should not be in practice let alone giving pap smears. I felt so humiliated and violated. I left that clinic trembling so anxious that when I had my blood drawn after the pap test no blood would come out. I almost fainted from the experience but I did not know how badly it would affect me long-term until later on. Looking back I wish I hadnt walked through those doors and let this man touch me. It was my fault for not doing my research but I was naive. My mother went with me she too had an appointment. It wasnt until later that she told me the man was hesitant to give her a physical would barely even touch her. This was only after she told him she had HIV to disclose her health history. My mother has been through hell it is very hard for her to find a provider that wont outright discriminate against her in even the most subtle ways. This infuriated me but we have long since gotten new insurance and have different providers. The reason I post this review now is because I could not remember his name I suppose I just wanted to forget about him until I found my old insurance card with his name clinic address on it several days ago. I only hope my review can keep others from having the same degrading experience that I had with him. I only recently realized how much it has affected me and continues to affect me. This man needs to be revoked of his license. I dont know how many women young or old have only kept silent as if it is normal to be treated this way.
