I want to start out by saying I was diagnosed PTSD from past experiencesand refused to sign a video consent because the last thing I wanted to do was bring up my issues within my home. This is my safe space. The counseling I received was amazing however each time I made a little progress someone else on staff would pull me back with attitude. My 1st experience with the Nurse practitioner was an attitude because she deemed me to be late. I was not late however the receptionist was and I could not get in through a locked door. So not a good first experience with the NP. My second experience was when I was leaving for vacation and called to have a prescription refilled. The NP who works 8 hours a month at the center was not available for could be up to 4 days I was told. Once again the woman on the phone gave me attitude because I was upset I was leaving in a few days and I had no meds. When asked what would happen if I suddenly stopped taking them her answer was I dont know. Good to know my health was 1st priority. My 3rd and final straw was when I had an appointment with the NP to discuss my meds. Once I arrived at the office I was told she was not there and this was a telehealth appointment to which I never signed a release for. My time was wasted and once again I was through the roof. Any good that my counselor Laurie did for me was undone by the rest of the staff. Before attending here I would confirm they have their own house in order before putting your mental health in their hands.

They do wonderful work and my 9 year old daughter went with me to deliver gifts for them. It was a great experience.
