Hi! My name is Jennifer. I am the proud owner of Cold Brew Communicology PC, a small private practice located in Chula Vista, CA. Neuroaffirming care is at the core of what I do. This means that neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, etc. are treated as natural brain differences and not deficits to be cured. While each session will work towards improving your child’s communication skills, it will be at their pace and comfort level. My ultimate goal is to help your child reach their potential while maintaining acceptance of all forms of communication.

First and foremost, I am a kid at heart. I believe all three of these words reflect that. I also have close family members with communication delays and am understanding of the obstacles that come as a caregiver of a person with a communication disorder. Just know that I come from a "judgement free zone." I also enjoy working with families. I am curious about learning how they live so that I can best provide them with what they need to make speech and language therapy successful long after the session has ended.
Who are you best positioned to serve?
I work best with clients between the ages of 0-21, but am open to other ages on a case-by-case basis. I have a lot of experience with language therapy (receptive/expressive/language) and articulation. I also enjoy early intervention and am actively working on growing my knowledge on AAC and gestalt language processing.
