Jawonio is an EXCELLENT agency that helps children and adults with disabilities. The new building is beautiful and the staff who works there really care and enjoy their job.

No reception on phone at all

I communicated that I needed help transferring to a new program. I received 0 help transferring. I lost out on a 10000 student scholarship as they sat on it for 8 months refusing to do it until it expired. The counselor would only give me 15 minutes over the phone once a month when she was supposed to give me an hour 1x a week. The year I was a part of jawanio the doctor would tell me the day before we had an appointment an appointment we never scheduled. This facility is for low functioning people with disabilities. Not for people with jobs who are parents. The program will drop you. I thought they cared about me. They dont.

When I ask for al and andres manager they both sent me to dental. The receptionists were very rude never In my life have i been so disrespected its just saddening.

I love my kids school the teachers try so hard. As well as some of the support staff. They really try to make the kids enjoy their experience.

Its just ok. They have many programs there they help people with. I highly recommend if you are a person with special needs or a disability most of their programs are very good. Everyone is different. Just not for me. Staff very and nice.

Yes Jawanio mainly a site delivering services that work well for the disabled and multiple handicapped is a very great family and bussiness Organization to attend for various purposes.

Really expected more from them. They only did bare minimal and phyc dr not very smart. But it is a place to go rather than no place.

Dont know whats going on there but the level of care and services is terrible. My family relies on me to get them the services they need and...
