Jaquel Patterson, ND

Dr. Jaquel Patterson, ND, MBA, is a highly experienced naturopathic physician and the medical director of Fairfield Family Health in Fairfield, Connecticut. Her practice focuses on Lyme disease, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, allergies, and anxiety and depression. She’s also an expert in women’s health, children’s developmental disabilities, and PANS/PANDAS. Dr. Patterson’s passion for naturopathic medicine began at an early age as she grew up seeing the benefits of alternative healing practices. During her teen years, her mother struggled with lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Patterson noticed that conventional treatments fell short, which fueled her passion for finding alternative options and instilled a desire to provide better care. After completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University and working in the business field for several years, Dr. Patterson switched career paths and completed her doctoral degree at the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine in Connecticut.
