Jane was an English and Humanities teacher before becoming a lawyer, and she brings that background to special needs planning and elder law. Whether she is working with clients or assisting professionals like financial advisors, tax professionals, or other attorneys, Jane strives to share her knowledge and help decipher frustratingly complex regulations. (One judge, referencing Milton’s Paradise Lost, likened Medicaid to a “Serbonian bog” from which agencies could not “extricate themselves.” Feld v. Berger, 424 F.Supp. 1356, 1357 (S.D.N.Y. 1976).
