My young child was referred here on an emergency referral for unexpected necessary prompt dental service. When I was asking the office why they needed multiple forms of insurance. I was told specifically by a receptionist named Morgan dont talk to me like I am a child I am not sure what her outbursts were based on she then hung up on me. I proceeded to call for the emergency appointment as well did 4 members of my daughters family and our insurance 3x so we could have my child seen for the emergency dental work needed. We were hung up on 5 more times. Lied to about the whereabouts of the dentist or other staff to help us. Morgan the receptionist refused to make the emergency appointment or even pass the message to the actual dentist that worked there. I have never been hung up on or treated so rudely. Especially by a medical receptionist when an appointment is for an emergency for a child. I would recommend if contacting this office to make sure you are aware of medical procedures. We had to file an emergency refusal of care complaint based upon a office staffs failure to remove themselves from the situation and attend the needs of a child in pain. WORST FRONT OFFICE STAFF I have ever encountered.

The entire staff was professionalthuroghand genuinely caring of our daughter. Dr. Musser did crowns for my daughters teeth and did it so good and so quick. I am extremely grateful for this dentist and his team and what they do for kids.

By far the best dental experience for my child. I will not allow anyone else to treat my child now that we have established with Dr. Musser.

Ive taken 2 of my boys to Dr. Musser and am now taking my 3rd son I have had great experiences my boys needed crowns everything was professional.

We had a great experience with Dr Musser all his staff are very professional and kind They understand the stress that a parent endures during a dental procedure and they are very compassionate. Before the appointment the front office staff was very knowledgeable about giving me information on how the procedure was going to work and they are very reassuring...I will definitely recommend Dr. Musser to anyone.

We were referred to Dr.Mussers office by our insurance company. Me and my wife were looking to get our sons cavity fixed and were extremely excited to find a dentist so close to our house. Our initial appointment was a month out from when we originally scheduled it which should have already raised some red flags.We waited and waited...and waited...for over 3 months for any correspondence. My wife finally called the doctors office which we were then told to contact our insurance on their behalf.I work in healthcare as a living and its unheard of to request the customerpatient to do your homeworkjob of contacting the respective insurance company.At this point we were frustrated but still went through the work of following up with our insurance and doing the job of Dr. Mussers people. After contacting our insurance and relaying the information that we were told by our provider the office manager at Dr. Mussers office had the gall to say that her supervisor was standing next to her listening to our prior conversation the day before and they handled the matter in the exact professional way they should beTldr Dont ever come to Dr. Musser Pediatric Dentist. As soon as you walk into this dungeon of a hellhole office you will be reminded that offices like this only exist because horrible people exist in this world.We went to Surfside Kids Dental in SacramentoCA after having to fight with Dr. Mussers office for over 3 months. They saw our son for an initial appointment on a Monday and fixed his teeth on a Thursday. NOTE The doctor fixed his teeth without any oral surgery and anesthetics Dr. Musser said he needed a crown which wouldve required him to be put under which is absolutely absurd.

With my son having i.t.p. a blood disorder going to the dentist can make you nervous. He was very considerate of this and made us feel at ease. Very much reccomended.

Dr. Musser provided superior dental services for my son from two years old to seventeen years old. I highly recommend him. He inserted crowns for my son when he was a toddler. I did not know I should not put him to bed with apple juice. He also put sealants on his teeth which my son does not have any cavities as a result.

I found Dr. Musser to be friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a procedure under anesthesia in the hospital for my son and the results were wonderful. My husband is a physician at that same hospital and Dr. Musser has a great reputation regarding pediatric dental procedures.

Dr. Musser got my grandson in for an appointment quicker than any other available dentist. His staff were the most friendly and accommodating Ive ever met. The extensive dental work needed was scheduled quickly. Awesome job.
