I have been bringing my two kids there for the past almost three years now. They are all wonderful doctors and staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They always do the best they can to get us in right away when we need them.

We have been going to this office for about a year and a half. Always had a great experience with Dr. Jacobson but the only issue was it could be hard to get an appointment with one provider on staff. No longer an issue since they hired Dr. James this year.My experience compared to what I hear from parents at other providers is they provide an appropriate level of concern for issues without being overly cautious resulting in a great level of care for the kiddos by prescribing just what they need as well as suggestions to help with parental sanity of children under 5. Highly recommend

Best Pediatric office. Dr James took time to answer all my questions. She is practical with her advice. She is warm and empathetic. My kids also love seeing her.

Dr Jacobson is amazing and today I met her new colleague Dr. James female during my childs Annual Wellness check. We are so excited that Dr. Jacobson has a new doctor working for her named Dr. Rose James. She is a very detailed and down to earth. My kids love going to see her She makes them feel so comfortable and its like visiting family. So happy Dr. Jacobson found her

We switched to Jacobson pediatrics from Baycare and are THRILLED Night and day difference. We see Dr. Rose James and she is fantastic. She provided top notch care and practical advice for my sons eczema and its all clear weve seen 2 dermatologists neither could resolve the issue. And she helped me get my newborn sleeping more at night. And for my middle son they tested his iron levels that wasnt done at our previous pediatrician and found out he had low iron. They take the time to answer all questions and dont overbook. Truly A lifesaver Cannot recommend this practice more.. 100 stars

We have been a patient at Jacobson Pediatric since we moved to Lutz 5 years ago. I absolutely love this staff and the doctors. Dr. Jacobson always made sure we had the family of doctors and support needed from allergist to ENTs to asthma specialist. We have been seen by Dr. James several times in the last few months and couldnt be happier with the addition to the practice 100 recommend this practice to anyone

We have been seeing Dr. James and she is Fantastic We never need to wait for an appointment can come see her immediately super friendly and helpful. Listened to my teenagers rambling on. She even went out of her way to help when our medication was not available at our current pharmacy. So if you have children that are a walking disaster and need someone to answer all your mom questions Dr. James is your answer from the heavens

Lauren Sala Fernandez- my twin boys are almost 5 and we have been Jacobson Pediatrics patients since they were preemies. We know our pediatrician is the BEST No other of my mom friends share in my ability to say that Dr. J is ALWAYS there for us. Even when shes on vacation or at home resting after hours. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She teaches mothers and truly cares about each and every patient. The office is beautiful and conveniently located. We are almost never turned down for an appointment request even last minute. I truly can not say enough great things about her or her practice. I am so happy and so grateful and were staying til theyre 18 at least Hehe

Easy to make an appointment over the phone. Extremely loooong wait times to see a dr once you check in... loooong hold times when calling. Horrible...
