Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this institution. My child has been with Jacobs Promise for over six years and this place has been nothing less than our extended family supporting us each step of the way as we helped my child to develop and grow. Ms. Winston the owner has a unique ability in finding excellent talent. Each ABA therapist that worked with my child over the years played a unique and supportive role in how much he has developed in speech behavior and cognitive development. It takes a village to raise a child and when your child has special needs that village becomes even more crucial. Unfortunately my family had to relocate and are unable to continue with Jacobs Promise and this was a tough call in ultimately deciding to leave the area as we had a true gem in this place. If I could give another billion stars in my rating I would.

A very fun inviting atmosphere Admin staff respond in a timely manner are great with the onboarding process and are always there to answer any question or concern you may have I highly recommend as I have witnessed incredible changes and transformations in these children lives

Very professional ABA services in clean and safe environment.

This is a very unprofessional company. Our child was dropped from the company out of nowhere. No heads upnothing. They dont care about the fact that their clients need consistency and a gap in services can greatly affect them. Aside from that services were not great. We were very upset about the fact our child would have a gap in services. However thinking it over we do a much better job than this company. With the experience weve had from our previous out of state companywe know when we see great quality of service. Stay away save yourselves a headache.
