Had an appointment but still had to wait 40minutes. Also was not told of very important issue with the product that left it not working.

Dr Simmons and the team at Jacksonville Speech and Hearing on N Davis have made a HUGE difference in my moms quality of life. Shes no longer frustrated that she cant hear whats going on and we arent frustrated at having to repeat ourselves over and over. Dr Simmons is kind caring and extremely sympathetic. Thank you SO much

Never answers the phone. Ive been trying to get results since September we moved out of state. I have called 3 times a day since we left September 17th. Do NOT go here

I give them a 3 star. The initial speech evaluation went fine. Received a call to schedule my son for his first actual visit and received a text before the appointment. I took off work and arrived at the appointment on time just for them to tell me that they cant find his appointment in the system. The receptionist seemed to have an attitude. I dont think Ill be returning.

My son attended their summer camp for speech therapy. I have seen great improvements in my sons speech. My son loved the activities they had. I would highly recommend everyone was extremely professional and productive. Thank you for your great service

My son has progressed immensely since starting speech therapy . The therapists have great communication and understanding of daily challenges and accommodate with teletherapy They allowed his sister to be part of some of his sessions until he got comfortable . Theyre empathetic to sensitive matters and concerns and reassure when necessary . They suggest at home practices to ensure continuous progression

Im Robert Gill. An Army Vet since 1972-1975. Ive been dealing with the Veterans Jefferson St. clinic for many years. They sent me to Jax SH. What a beautiful experience. The staff is so kind and professional. After all these years I found my IPhone can connect to my hearing aids. Now I can adjust my hearing aids to pick up sounds behind me in front beside me or all around me. Dr. Mattson took her time to listen to my needs and made the Sun shine for me again. Want to give a big shout out to Dot she worked really really well with my Daughter Terriana She talks more and I seen a big change in her speech since we went thereAlso a big shout out to Becka the Intern she also did great with Terriana and is going to be a great Speech therapist as well Definitely Training under Dot

Everyone is nice and patient with child.b little wait list but not bad. Hate that I cant schedule each week it has to be the same day and time every week

This wonderful place have been taking care of my daughter Ashley since she was 6 months old now 36She was fitted today for beautiful new powerful hearing aids....Dr. Mattson did an Awesome job
