Iron Horse Therapy

Iron Horse Therapy is an award-winning therapeutic equine center located in the windy country roads of Milton GA. Iron Horse Therapy is dedicated to empowering children and adults with special needs through equine assisted activities, one ride at a time. Our vision is to build relationships between people, horses, families and communities. Here at Iron Horse Therapy, the horse becomes a partner and therapeutic tool in achieving a variety of goals that are cognitive, physical, social, educational and behavioral.
