Catalyst is a professional and respectable ABA company. They provide a welcoming environment for all clients and staff. They also offer a variety of ABA services such as social skills groups 1 on 1 therapy and parent coaching. Everything is individualized to the client.

Do not choose this company if you want in home therapy They will constantly pressure you to switch to in clinic and if you refuse they will drop you. My son is learning to potty train communicate with me via iPad so how would that be better in clinic Makes no sense. They want in clinic because its more convenient for them and if thats the case they shouldnt even offer in home therapy at all.

This is not a critique of the care at the center rather the corporate management. This center has changed hands and is now managed by a corporate entity that has changed its name multiple times. My child has not received services there for over 2 years and I am still receiving bills for random amounts every few months. They claim these charges arise from chart audits I feel this behavior is a predatory surprise billing tactic. There is no reason that a company with a competent billing department should not be able to bill for services at the time of service or shortly thereafter 2 years later is completely unacceptable
