I highly recommend Dr. Ruelas and the Integrative Medicine Institute. I have been dealing for years with being very reactive to food and trying to diagnose myself. Dr. Ruelas has thoroughly tested me to determine what my body needs to heal. I have been on this path with him for about 10 months and while it is not a quick fix I feel better more energetic and optimistic than I have in 25 years. He is truly my partner on my journey to optimal health.

Dr. Ruelas has completed changed my life. From the bloodwork and testing to finding a perfect balance of vitamins my body needed to listening and guiding me through some of the hardest times of my life. I went to Integrative Medical Institute several years ago when I was extremely ill. Pretty much overnight. I had developed an auto immune disease fibromyalgia chronic fatigue syndrome and on top of that had very severe anxiety. It was like I collapse of my entire system. I had no ability to deal with stress. I couldnt work and I couldnt sleep. Dr. Ruelas took an integrative approach and I was tested for vitamin and mineral deficiencies of which they were quite a few my neurotransmitters were checked my hormones were checked. They were all out of balance. And I started receiving neurofeedback which helped immediately and I slept for the first time in two months. I have been fully recovered for a few years with no health issues whatsoever. During the treatment I would ask them sometimes if they thought I would ever get better and they never had any doubt. I think everyone can benefit from his services. Its truly a wonderful place and it is a life-changing place. Im very blessed that I was able to receive treatment there.
