About Integrated Therapy - Life Time Athletic - Sandy Springs

Integrated Therapy is committed to the highest quality of aquatic physical therapy care. Utilizing the physical properties of the water, our goal is not only to restore patients to their maximum function but also to provide education about the injury and tools for prevention. Integrated Therapy is privately owned for over 21 years by a physical therapist. At Integrated Therapy, our therapists accompany each patient in the water during all treatment sessions. Swimming is not required as most of the exercises will be performed while standing in the water using flotation devices or holding onto the side of the pool.

I believe that there is new management location is however going in the wrong direction.People are rude showers are broken and dirty. Restrooms not clean.Family lockeroom looks more like a senior living locker room needed to wait and to my surprise the people exiting did not have any children with them in the showers. When you want to mention this F2F to management they will not take the time to talk to you.

This gym has really helped me transform my health and fitness to a different level. The facilities are top notch and staff are always friendly and inviting. Gym is also very clean and well maintained. Despite the high membership fees I feel its worth it for the quality you get.

I am thoroughly impressed with the recent improvements at Life Time Fitness. Under new management theres a noticeable shift in the gyms atmosphere which now feels more welcoming and inclusive. The new general manager and membership staff are dedicated to building relationships with customers ensuring a personalized experience. Additionally theres a tangible improvement in cleanliness throughout the facility which greatly enhances the overall gym experience.

Coach Atallah Coach A took me through an amazing workout pushing me more than I ever thought I could. In an hour session he took me through conditioning endurance and strength training. At the same time he is a wealth of knowledge and I learned just as much as I trained. I highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about improving their health and lifestyle.

Finally canceled membership after having 2 sets of headphones AND a weightlifting belt stolen in the last 2 months...all taken from a gym bag that was briefly left unattended for a few minutes each time I cant really blame the Lifetime people for this but its sad that other members made their pre conceived and pre planned moves in a matter of seconds Yes there are lockers with combination locks available but theyre not conveniently located if youre upstairs working out and how sad is it that one should need to always fear for the safety of your personal items every second youre at the gym Some people are just plain obnoxious

Poorly managed theft dirty they have huge roaches in the pool seating area and full of rude employees specially in the aquatics department. They need to change these entitled and rude employees that think they own the place and are very rude to the members.

I was visiting from Houston for a conference and wanted to make sure I still got in a workout. I searched the different Lifetime locations and decided to visit this one due to the positive reviews and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Damita in the Life Cafe in particular was extremely friendly and helpful with getting me all squared away with water energy drinks and even a new lifetime shirt. She definitely made this new visit seamless and if I am ever in the area again will definitely only hit up this location because of her. AWESOME experience

Me and my husband came here to inquire about a membership. The woman began telling us about it.. the phone rang and she then abruptly tells me to hang on and proceeds to talk on the phone rather than help us finish the signing up process. For 200 a month per member please do better. Could they not have been placed on hold Is this the policy The phone is never more important than an in person interaction. This happened at approximately 145pm today. It would be wise to address the level of customer servicerespect. Back in 2020 it was a personal office consultation as well. I guess now the front desk is all you get. LA fitness representatives show more courtesy.. surely left a bad taste in my mouth right off the bat and will not be joining Lifetime.

A decent place to exercise stretch and lift weights. My biggest complaint is from the fellow gym users many of them are extremely inconsiderate of others and believe the entire gym is their private home. Leaving your drink phone wallet and keys sitting in the middle of the floor is not only foolish behavior but also asking for something bad to happen. Sitting in the pool and jacuzzi area sauna is usually peaceful but many people are too scared to go ten minutes without their tablet or phone and opt to play annoying videos for everyone to hear. These people are truly pitiful as well as terribly inconsiderate. There have been few changes here and there. The towels are now considerably lower quality than before and the filthiness of the locker rooms is getting worse because the staff dont enforce rules or warn sloppy members.

First things first it is extremely difficult to get pictures of the inside of a gym without appearing to be taking pictures of the patrons inside. Ive tried my best to not include any pictures of any patrons and was thus unable to capture any pictures of the sauna both inside and out the hot-tub or the two full-size basketball courts.Secondly the price. This is an expensive gym. Being in Sandy Springs and being marked as a Diamond Club makes the monthly dues that much more high-end. Well whats the difference between the demarcations of Diamond vs. Platinum vs. Gold Honestly not much. The Diamond locations are a bit more exclusive typically located in more high-end areas and offer the ability to go to any other gym location or type. In addition the Diamond locations are kept cleaner and are more prone to machine upgrades. This gym is definitely vibrant and teeming with activities. They have very flexible hours being closed from midnight to 400 AM only. The gym is extremely clean on the inside and there is ample parking both within the deck and directly adjacent to the gym entrance. There are two swimming pools one indoors and one outdoors. The one outdoors has a giant slide similar to one found at water parks. On the third level of the gym there are two full size basketball courts and a plethora of squash courts. The free weights and machines are located on the second floor in addition to the cardio equipments which it was noted all have their own individual televisions. The first floor has the locker rooms which flow easily to the indoor and outdoor pools. Inside the locker rooms are razors for shaving and other toiletries for convenience. In addition towels are complementary and are placed throughout the locker room. The first floor also has a full end cafe with Peets Coffee and smoothies available for purchase.Overall a very nice gym with all the amenities you could ask for. Is it worth the additional premium Im not sure but if youre in the market for a high end gym in Atlanta I would definitely recommend looking into this location.
