I recently hired Alyssa and her team at Innovative Youth Care to replace my Nanny Housekeeper and right hand of almost 20 years who retired. I was dreading the whole process and terrified of having someone new. I must say that Alyssa and her team made it so easy. They did an incredibly detailed intake process with me. They helped me to really take a look at my needs so that they were able to find me the right fit. On the other side they were able to provide me with a selection of very qualified candidates to interview and trial They did extensive background checks on each candidate. What I appreciated the most was the constant communication and the fact that they encouraged me to try multiple candidates and not settle. Fast forward we have a terrific Nanny housekeeper who even cooks. She is a terrific fit in our family and I know she will be with us for the long run. I really cant recommend Innovative Youth Care enough.
