I thank Nishanka and Laila because they helped me and being very patience and helpful. They took care not only of my daughter but with all the small details before the big ones. I was lucky because they were with me from the beginning and I appreciate it.Sali Hassan

Wow What a disappointment. I had a completely different experience. I contacted them to ask for a speech evaluation for my toddler per pediatricians recommendation and was told they had to determine if my child was eligible for an evaluation which would be determined only after I listened to an hour and a half sales pitch about their program and made a financial commitment to the program. I asked what determines eligibility and reiterated I was looking for an evaluation to determine if he did in fact have any issues that needed addressing and therefore a program of treatment. There was no answer to what this eligibility meeting would cover other than listening to information about their program and requiring a financial commitment to it. I 100 expect to pay for an assessment - I strongly objected to being asked to make a financial commitment to an entire program before even being seen So strange and hugely discouraging - this seems more like a sales office than a therapy program. No comment can be given on the therapists because I never made it far enough to see one. Id have to sign up for and PAY for a program that THEY DONT EVEN KNOW IF HE NEEDS

We had no idea this facility was a county based service. Once we realized it was a part of Fairfax county we expected a cold sterile experience. However we discovered that the staff from start to finish are not only professional but loving caring individuals who were fully dedicated to correcting our childs slight developmental issue. The whole process is fantastic. A team of professionals observe your child and together they determine what if any services your child needs and qualifies for. They are good at what they do and they value your input as well. Therapy was performed at our home by a very knowledgeable therapist who performed therapy and gave us excellent and practical exercises to complete in between sessions...many more and much better exercises than what we had found online. Services were provided until our precious little ones issue was completely corrected. Although we are fortunate that money is not an issue Im happy the fees are income based for those who need it.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Our pediatrician referred us to ITC because of concerns we had regarding our sons development. I called the intake department and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from that initial inquiry call. I was not yet a Fairfax county resident so I wasnt eligible but I was expecting some lousy disgruntled receptionist you normally expect at either a county building or medical office. Instead I was greeted by a friendly knowledgable and VERY patient young lady who answered all my questions and suggested a course of action. That was just the beginning. Then I was finally able to schedule a visit in home then a second evaluation in their Chantilly office. Amy Lynn and Delly were amazing I received a personal reminder e-mail from Amy about our upcoming appointment. She and the rest of the staff interacted with my son with so much compassion and care. It wasnt like a laboratory test like I expected it to be. And for first time parents the staff there was so helpful with our needs. It turns out our little one is developing well so will not qualify at this time however the arms of assistance they extended to us was just so overwhelming. Passion is visible through the action and words of the individual despite adversity. The staff at the ITC in Fairfax live and breath passion for their mission. Thank you so much for the amazing experience.
