InBloom Autism Services - Woburn

As the parent of an autistic child I was initially apprehensive about seeking out ABA therapy for my child. However after doing some research and hearing positive feedback from other parents I decided to give it a try.I am so glad that I did. The InBloom center that we chose has been absolutely amazing. From the very beginning the staff was kind patient and understanding. They took the time to listen to our concerns and goals for my child and developed a customized treatment plan that was tailored to my childs specific needs.The BCBA and RBT who work with my child are highly trained and skilled in ABA therapy and they have a genuine passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential. They use evidence-based techniques to teach our child important skills and behaviors and they provide us with regular progress reports so that we can track our childs progress.Since starting ABA therapy we have seen tremendous growth and development in our child. Our childs communication and social skills have improved significantly and they are now able to complete tasks and follow routines more independently.Overall we are extremely happy with InBloom we have chosen and we would highly recommend them to any other parents of autistic children who are looking for a supportive effective and compassionate therapy program.

Edit Its been over a year since I posted this and my son is still with InBloom. He now goes to preschool and does ABA at home after school and at the center during the summer and sometimes during school vacations. Hes been continuing to do well with their support and even after a long day of pre-k hes still excited to see his BT.InBloom is a solid ABA program They help kids acquire functional skills through play and positive reinforcement. Our son has been going to their center for close to a year now and absolutely loves it He runs into the center every morning and says fun day every time I pick him up His language has really blossomed and his social school readiness and functional play skills have really improved Their BCBAs are great at supporting parents through frequent communication and parent training sessions. If youre looking into ABA providers I would definitely check them out

I called this morning to find out if they had occupational service and other services provided just like the Wisconsin location. The person that answered the phone and said her name was Kadijah she was extremely rude. She asked me for my zip code and I gave it to her and then she keep questioning how far I live and how unethical it is to drive an hour away Monday Thru Friday and went on and on about how far it is. She never answered my question and her attitude was the worse. We as parents are calling to your center because we want you to provide a service for our kids the first thing we look at is the customer service provided over the phone or in person and if that is not up to a standard then guess what your clients will head on to the next one. Some one needs to talk to this front desk because is not professional at all to be rude to a parent that is only looking for support. We already have a lot on our plate with the situation we are going through and the ABA center should be a place of comfort and support not a place where we get more frustrated and discourage. She need training on how to talk to parents and overall customer service. Hope this is read by the right person and take action.

With all due respect this business is far from professional if said person to respond to reviews has a Snapchat Bitmoji profile picture. The ideology surrounding this company is concerning and raises a lot of red flags. I wouldnt recommend anyone bringing herhis kidkids to this faade.

Clean roomy facility with an indoor playground. Our son loves his school. Lots of windows natural light. They play jazz music he dances w scarfsInBloom is family Truly Wonderful staff and they LOVE our child. Great communication w everyone they support community outings parent training to help facilitate a successful relationship to our nonspeaking autistic child.

In Bloom is an extraordinary program my son has made so much progress the staff is amazing. He is talking more asking for things and his behaviors have improved so much. If you have a child in need of services I would recommend you looking in to In Bloom.

THIS PLACE SUCKS Sorry no other way to put it Let me explain my experience. My son has been receiving services here for a year now. His services were abruptly paused without any regard to alternative placement. He has severe behavioral issues and cannot just stop services this way. So unprofessional on their part. The problem is that they hired inexperienced young immature girls who know nothing about working with children nevermind children with behavioral issues. He has had one consistent therapist the entire time who was actually good with him. The turnover is so bad they cant keep any consistency even on the upper management level. There is absolutely no staff still there from when he first began services. Red flag right there. Im familiar with this industry and understand turnover rate is high but this is unbelievable for children that really need consistency. They are profit driven as they have been accepting multiple thousands of dollars from my insurance the past year. Now they have a problem with his behavior which is why he is there in the first place Dont let them fool you that they really care about your children my sons case is a perfect example. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would never want anyone to go through this difficult experience. I still cant believe they did this to him.

BDG was fine. My son was allowed to have 10 hours each week of home ABA. Once the company changed to In Bloom they wanted to raise the hours and dropped us when we said that wouldnt work for our 5 year old son and our family. This is after working with the company for nearly 2 years.

My interactions with the team at BDG have been nothing but positive They are generous compassionate and in the business for all the right reasons. I would absolutely recommend BDG to anyone in need of ABA services.
