InBloom Autism Services - San Antonio

My nephew goes to InBloom and he has improved significantly since he began going to this school. I am currently a student studying Occupational Therapy therefore I am very invested in my nephews progress. His communication skills social skills cognitive skills and behavioral skills have all improved drastically and I am so thankful for the opportunity my sister had to bring him here. They do an amazing job at working with him one on one and focusing on his developmental milestones. I thank this school so much for the impact they have had on my family and would recommend them to others

Inbloom has exceeded any expectations I could have ever had for my son therapy. My son has thrived since starting at Inbloom and has made progression that is constantly changing our lives. Everyone that works there is so loving to my child while still challenging him in areas to help him grow. We feel as though his therapists BCBA and the operations manager have become family to us and always put our sons best interest first. Through out the entire long journey of finding the right therapy for my child it was worth it for us to end up here at InBloom with everyone that has invested in him thus far.

I left the company in January of 2022 due to my own issues with management scheduling and overall miscommunication of policies within the company particularly 30 hr guarantee. There was a lot of tension between clinical and operations and it could be felt within the environment and affected the overall culture.I returned after discovering management was changing and I have no regrets. Our new operations manager is fantastic. Since starting shes gone above and beyond to change the environment and understanding our policies so that we are all on the same page. The whole energy has changed from its staff morale to the literal appearance of the center having a good cleaning system inventory system decorations for every holiday a theme for our classrooms etc.For the clinical side my BCBAs have always been consistent and wonderful. Its been a joy to work with our clients their caregivers and to genuinely see progress reflected through the integrity of our clinical team. This has always been consistent throughout my time with InBloom. I think we just needed a change in leadership.

Inbloom is an amazing environment not on for my son but for myself. The staff is all very welcoming and very patient with everything. Bringing my son here at first I was nervous because it was new but after seeing how friendly they were this is the best thing for us. 1010 would recommend

This review is specifically for the Operations Manager Danielle and my childs care team. There are no words to express the immense gratitude I feel for these individuals truly. The responsibility of nurturing children on the spectrum is intense in every sense for every person involved. Weve been at this location for one year now and have undergone change after change. As a parent open communication professionalism and kindness are non-negotiable expectations for the adults involved in the care of my child. Ive had my expectations met with the staff closest to us. Thank you SO MUCH for being part of our journey and for giving your all You are indispensable Please keep up the great work

My son would never be where he is today without the dedicated caring and consistent approach taken by his therapeutic team at InBloom. When we came into the center on August 2021 he could barely say any words - now hes having small conversations brushing his teeth and he is potty trained. Hes also spelling multi-syllabic words he enjoys being around other kids solving puzzles and other problems. He really loves this place.

Inbloom is a great ABA clinic for our son. They have constantly been amazing to us how much they care for our son. The play structure that our son has had really made a difference in his life.

We started here with high hopes. Unfortunately the communication Liza the office manager was never on point. I AM BIG ON COMMUNICATION because without it it is chaos and everyone is lost. We only came here because we were told we would have the BCBA that we met that has the experience and abilities that we felt comfortable having our child with. Especially moving from a facility that had so many issues. We had to settle with a BCBA that we knew nothing about until services were started. Shortly after we started they said they were going to stop credentialing therapist for our insurance. We made the choice to leave after only being there for 2 months.The RBTs are great and everyone is super nice but there was several instances with communication with management. Getting a school excuse seemed to be a real challenge with the office manager because they did not want to do what our school district wanted. I do not understand why everything had to be such a chore. They definitely try to work less.

Our experience with In Bloom has been amazing. You can tell the staff really loves working with and helping kids and their families. In the beginning I was nervous to leave my child in someone elses care but Liza the operations manager made us comfortable with the whole process. Liza answers all questions and concerns and is always available. Our bcba is very knowledgeable. Our childs therapists are so sweet and caring I couldnt ask for better people to trust with my child. The facility is always clean and their safety precautions make us comfortable during this time.

From the moment I called to inquire about services for my son to my son starting services at InBloom I can say that my experience has been amazing Liza is the Operations Manager and has gone above and beyond to help us and our son. During the waiting process for an insurance hiccup not InBlooms fault and for insurance to accept our sons treatment plan Liza stayed in touch with me multiple times a week just to fill me in and say hello and that they were excited for our son to get started. She is always smiling and so friendly You can tell she loves what she does. It truly shows Our family felt very comfortable during our tour and assessment. Every morning we are greeted with happy faces even behind a mask. You can see it in the eyes My sons BCBA and therapists have been so welcoming and nice. They communicate what they do and why they do it and I even get updates throughout the day which makes me rest easy knowing my son is having fun working hard and learning so much Thank you to all of the staff at InBloom for everything so far. I know its only been a couple days but we already feel at home with you all I highly recommend services here if you are looking
