In Home Supportive Services (IHSS) - Rancho Cucamonga

May 10 2024My sister and me went to this location at 9445 Fairview Way PL Suite 110Rancho Cucamonga for our parents ihhs .Id applied as parents ihhs recipient on August 2023 followed all the instructions but nothing accomplished.So today at this location we were called to Window number 3. A really nice young lady rep- Regina Becerra listened to our concerns patiently gave us forms to fill out highlighted lines helped us with online forms and made sure we did everything right and assured us that things will be processed and done in one month and well get an email then.The nice thing about this visit to the office was finding an accommodating helpful person who confidently put our minds at ease. It warmed our hearts.Thank you Regina

Sergio was extremely helpful Much more than the receptionist that I talked to a week ago. She made me feel like I was disturbing her and was quick to hang up. Mr. Sandoval opened my case to fully answer any questions I had

Extremely slow call service rings for 10 minutes may or may not get hung up on and maybe once out of every 10 calls does someone actually answer the phone for assistance.

I visited the rancho location on a tuesday which is recommended to pick up paperwork to become a provider. My mom is currently in the system. And she needs additional help. But in order to get just paperwork. Not only do you have to stand in a line for one hour but you also have to sit through the county pushing And selling their Union. So you sit through another hour of them. Giving a lectureabout how good it would be to join their union. This is a complete waste of anybodys time. There should be no need for somebody to have to sit through two and a half hours of nonsense just to pick up paperwork.

If I could give this 0 stars I would If you get an RN named Dorothy IMMEDIATELY ask for someone else she is rude incompetent horrible at communicating and just everything you could despise in a person working this type of job. Do not trust someone named Naomi who was pretending to be a supervisor for Dorothy just so that they wouldnt have to deal with me . Ive tried speaking to their actual supervisor who hasnt done anything to reprimand these two horrible employees.These people dont want to help anyone. The phones are never answered youre always ignored and your case goes nowhere .

They dont answer the phone the senior lady receptionist guidesques younger girl to do things her way. I watched other two reception today and they do things their way. Why the sign in sheetsecurity guard Elder senior lady receptionist guided a couple that spoke Spanish to her middle window. Sec.guard told them to sign-in. They ignored her. Eldest receptionist threw sec.guard under the bus. Couple said they needed to pick up 2 applications. They sucked up 15 minutes disputing while the rest of us who signed in and sat patiently waited. We are being punished for following their process their rules that they Dishonored dont follow right in front of us allshameful

Ridiculously slow NO customer service they take their time talk in the back Unprofessional all I needed was a W-4 form security couldnt even get the paper or call me to the window please learn to prioritize something so simple that ppl need to get in an out instead of waiting for hour an a half just for the paper they need NEW ppl who are here to get the guest in an out with great attitude lazy lazy

I am disabled n everything Ive called for in the last 2yrs the women who answer are so very helpful n kind even my worker is Amazing. Thank you so very much with helping me get the help that I need to survive due to my stroke you guys are a blessing. Georgianna Garcia

The receptionist is very rude. She needs to be reminded why she has that job and why she making a paycheck. Really bad customer service she needs to be fired. So not happy with this office she one of those employees that thanks to her people wont want to go back there.

A couple of employees here seem to keep changing the rules if IHSS. As I understand the Federal Government 70 funded IHSS program 25 County funded and 5 Community funded ..so it should not be an issue with paying a provider. This office keeps sending me in circles AND when I challenged the why asking on what grounds can they decide to not pay for services to a provider they tell me something different Everytime. I see clearly what the few employees are doing yet when I asked to speak to a supervisor because we are not making any progress they continue to withgeold my wages because they claim my reseouent makes to me ch money.....the lady who came to the phone and claimed she was the supervisor denied my request for transfer to any office ...better than r.c. office she told me not to call that office again her reason for her request to me was she says I call to much...omg obviously I call because they send me in circles.
