Horrible service waited over an 2 hours just so they hang up on me and get horrible service from this one guy on the phone.He didnt seem like he was properly trained I was asking what information I needed to apply and he couldnt give me a simple answer I asked him if this would affect my disability and didnt even know a simple question like that and start yelling and giving me attitude before hand he was giving attitude to my mom which is where I draw the line.You guys need to retrain you people with costumer service and knowledge on what their applying and working for. If he was having a bad day or doesnt like his job he should quit.Once I asked for his name so I can speak to his manager he hung out. Seriously worst service ever dont come here there are better living assistance programs out there that will be patient and actually help you

On a whim I gave these guys a call today with a question regarding my current insane situation. Not only did a real human being pick up immediately but they quickly got to the root of what to do and who I should contact. Absolutely incredible. First off I just wanted to say that I never leave reviews. I honestly do not have the time due to having 3 children with severe autism. I recently signed up with IHSS Advocates and the team is the best of the best number 1. Amanda has been tremendously helpful and informative before I even signed up. Working hard even on the weekends to answer questions. Amanda is truly a asset and treasure to all moms with special needs children trying to obtain services for help. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Larry and David are very kind and helpful and very good at what they do. This company stands out as a rare gem among the rest. The expertise that this team displays really impressed me. They know all of the laws and I know my childs case is in good hands with them. I feel they will prove his case. Truly one of a kind company I really found a treasure in this team.

I recommend them 100 percent. They are professional thorough articulate educated compassionate and caring. Shirley made the initial contact very comfortable and really made me feel relaxed and she was very reassuring. They always kept communication open and listened to my concerns. They followed through will everything they said and we won our PS case for my daughter. If you are pursuing protective supervision prepare to be impressed and give them a call.
