About Iflextrain Fitness for Autism
iFlextrain designs and runs fitness classes for kids, teens and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). They are Effective, Interactive and Fun. We will teach a variety of fitness routines such as, running cones, boxing/focus mitt and heavy bag training, swinging and lifting soft weight bags, Frisbee throws, resistance training with bands and balls. Groups are small and structured. Our sessions focus on Strength, Coordination, Weightloss, and Endurance. Accessible fitness classes for kids, teens and young adults.

Founding Story
Hi, I'm Coach David Igliori, owner and trainer at iFlextrain Gym. I have been into health and fitness for over 40 years. Fitness trends come and go, but I pride myself with mixing the basics with what's trending now. My specialty is working with kids and young adults who have ASD. I also train men and women in their 40's and up who are looking to get back to their past or new fitness levels. Its never to late to start looking and feeling better!
