HRC Behavioral Health & Psychiatry - Chapel Hill

Supposedly accepting new patients but the scheduler is always out of the office when Ive called and has not returned my calls for over a month. When I asked the front desk whether or not that was standard lead time to get into the office as a new patient they repeatedly refused to answer and would only respond that they could transfer me to the schedulers voicemail if I would like.

Absolute best customer service of any provider Ive seen in the Triangle. The front desk is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Dedesma always listens carefully to my concerns and makes me feel part of my care decisions. Thankful to have connected with this practice

Ive loved being a patient at this clinic. The ladies at the check in area are always kind and welcoming to me and the providers Ive been seeing have been so helpful for me. Very much recommended for others seeking help.
