Houston Swim Club - Pearland

Enrolled my son in the 2 week daily class to start off which is 11 with an instructor. I was informed he could make up his classes if he could not attend them. When it came time to make up the class he was put in the group class and not 11. I was informed then that they dont do 11 makeup classes. I felt like that was misleading and should have been communicated in the beginning. That is the only issue. Everything else seemed fine with the establishment.

We love Houston Swim Club Pearland. Kristen was so nice and easy to work with. She explained everything to us and was very professional. Our baby loves swimming with Jeremy.

Absolutely love the swim program for my daughter We have been in the class since she was about 10 months and shes gone through two levels at almost 2. She has learned so much in this class and they teach it in a fun way for the parents and kids to bond and learn. Front desk staff is always so friendly and answers any questions. We have had two instructors Ms. Marty and Mr. Jeremy and both are so awesome. Very patient with the kids and so kind. Would highly recommend this location and classes.

Staff and facility are great. Coach Anthony and the other coaches had me swimming the full length of the pool after about 30 days...and I didnt know how to swim at all.Definitely check them out if youre interested in learning how to swim.

First time taking my daughter to swimming classes. It was a wonderful experience. Plus i am very thankful that they have professional instructors. Its not easy for a 3 year old to follow instructions. Miss Candice worked very well and had all of the patience to work with my daughter and her class. Very satisfied. Excellent customer service.

Houston Swim Club blew me away They went above and beyond my expectations when it came to my child. We did the 2 week everyday session due to my child being new to swimming and Mr. Anthony made sure she was comfortable and safe in the water. She went from not being able to put her face in the water to diving in head first not literally lol She moved up to the next level and wont have Mr. Anthony but I definitely cant wait to see what these next classes and these next instructors do.

This was our girls first time taking swim lessons and they loved it They learned so much in the 9 day class and looked forward to working with their instructor Kennedy The staff is super kind and professional and appreciate their attention to ensure our kids are safe Looking forward to more classes for our girls

I had a great experience the summer before however when returning last week for my daughters first session back I was not pleased. The enrollment page showed a different instructor than the one actually teaching my daughter. Also I found out later that because the staff member working with my daughter was new she did not have a t-shirt with her name on it so I wasnt able to confirm her name. At the end of my daughters lesson I shared with the front desk that the instructor turned away from my daughter before she made it to the wall and my daughter tried grabbing it missed and went under trying her best to tread water while the instructors back was to her. I stood up to the glass and pointed and before seeing me the instructor noticed and had to pull her up and assist her to the wall. This completely ruined the trust between my daughter and her new instructor. After the lesson my daughter told me she was scared and while having a healthy fear of the water can help with teaching safety I dont want her to be fearful of swimming. I shared all of this with the front desk and they admitted the staff member was new but now I will be watching even more closely because the guards in the pool deck didnt even see my daughter go under. I expressed my concerns to the front and they were very understanding and assured me that I would get a call from leadership. It has been a week today and no follow up call. I hope their training improves for instructors and guards because turning away from a swimmer whose skill level you are unfamiliar with is unacceptable.UpdateI appreciate the facility taking a look at the footage and and the director admitting that Krysten should not have let the third student stray by keeping control of the three students. I agree that 3 seconds feels like forever but still should never have a child underwater unintentionally with a quick reaction or not. Quickly reacting would not be needed if the instructor was within arms length and did not need to move to her after having left her without securing her safety at the wall. So glad that they can use my daughter as a teaching opportunity. It seems like it was warranted.

We just completed the 2 Week Guppy Session and I am beyond impressed and thankful for the smooth introduction to swimming my child got from this locationMr. Anthony and Ms. Lexis patience and love to their job is admirable. Everyone at front desk was also very supportive for this experience. Ms Jamie front desk team member brought my child back to the class every day due to her attentiveness to the interest of my children. She was part of the experience and as a mom that felt wonderful Thank you to all the team

We signed up classes for both my son and I three weeks ago and we both have good experience so farespecially my 2 year old.He cried the whole time at day one but makes progress every day. Now he enjoys swimming time with his instructor Mr.Dean.As our experiencesthis place is very good.Nice and professional instructors.The staff are welcoming too. 100 recommend it
