About Hopeful Hearts Therapeutic Riding

Equine Rehabilitation Central Texas is a 501(3)c non-profit organization formed in June of 2012 to rehabilitate neglected horses. Many healthy horses later, Hearts Therapeutic Riding emerged as these rehabilitated horses gained new purpose in serving children and adults with special needs and individuals recovering from trauma.

I believe they do the best they can given the budget and size of the ranch. The horses are living beings like people. They split their time between grazing and being ridden by multiple strangers. Im grateful for the opportunity to spend time with them. I understand from experience that the horse I ride on any particular day is going to react and behave according to how theyre feeling that day. And I just go with it and make the most of it. But this a great operation. Its a great place to go learn and ride. We should be so grateful to have a ranch like this to go to in our community.
