Beaming Review

They use as a pretext the anti-discriminatory policy language/arguments if you complain about a transgenre RBT. If you see another RBT is questionable or not doing the job correctly, they will protect the employees as to prioritize the bussiness rather than looking for the wellbeing of the child. They are cheap and prioritize what is indefensible/not justifiable to save money by not hiring well trained, straight genre, likeminded empathized, authentic true vocation and compassion, caring and willing to help the autistic kids. They are not professional. They don't care about the parents concerns. They defend the crazy trans ideology rather than a good moral, common sense and healthy RBT's with authentic hearts. The managers are questionable, they see the clinic as business, and not as a therapy center for special-needs children who need extra protection and real authentic advocacy for them.
