Hope Speaks

I started going to Hope Speaks when Dr. Minith was there. Unfortunately Dr. Minrith had to retire due to health reasons. Dr. Minrith was so knowledgeable with natural medicines. My son has aspergers and with Dr. Minriths help my sons life change for the better. Since Dr. Shoaf took over everything has been just as wonderful. Most of the staff from before stayed with Hope Speaks. My son no longer needs medical attention. I started to go for my self and just like before the Dr's and staff are wonderful. I have recommended so many people that have become patients there. Ty!!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Hope Speaks. A warm and welcoming front desk, extremely patient and gentle medical assistants, and a doctor who absolutely loves his job and cares so much for his patients. Dr. Shoaf and his staff have been so welcoming, and are always willing to go the extra mile to help where its needed. I strongly recommend the Hope Speaks clinic to anyone who is needing mental health professional!

I can't recommend this clinic enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and supported. Dr. Shoaf is incredibly professional, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen. The atmosphere is calming, and I felt at ease throughout my entire experience. I've made incredible progress in my mental health journey, and I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received here. Highly recommend to anyone seeking professional and empathetic support!

I visited the office today with an appointment at 2pm on Friday. At 2:18 I finally went back and he came in after 2:30. He walked in looking like he couldn’t wait to leave. No smile had to lean on the wall to stand up. He acted forced to even look at my chart and talk to me about what I needed. He had no patience with me if I did not know the answers about medications I took years ago. It was one of the most humiliating and disrespectful meetings I’ve ever had with a doctor. The nurse in the room was also appalled at his behavior and she seemed to know what I needed not him and had to guide him. I’ve made progress over the last few months I’ve been here but after today it has set me back so far. Dr. Schoepf is burned out and overbooked. I so appreciate my counselor here and will come just for her but will start over in trying to find another doctor that has time and more expertise in this field. Read Less
