The women at the front desk aren’t helpful at all and rude. I don’t think they are aware they work at a MENTAL HEALTH clinic. They aren’t friendly. Or they just pick and choose who they want to be polite too. My older brother used to go there and stopped for the same reasons. Also because they are organized and completely lack communication. They have no problem wasting my time. I don’t want to be hateful. But this is the truth.
