We started with Helping Hands Family several months ago after relocating from New Jersey. They have been highly responsive to our familys needs. After years of having unstaffed hours with our New Jersey provider we were pleasantly surprised to see that HHF had staffed all of my childs hours within weeks of us arriving in PA. They also have been extremely responsive to our familys needs and feedback and everyone on my childs team has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Helping Hands Family

Our son started at Helping Hands in Collegeville in August 2023. He has made such great progress there His father and I are amazed every day. He went from not responding to his name not giving much eye contact no gestures to answering to his name great eye contact and some pointing and guiding us to what he needs help with. His life and our lives have improved greatly and we have Helping Hands Amy Courtney and others to thank for it He loves going and we love that he enjoys it so much.

The services weve received from HHF have been top-notch. Our team really listened to what our familys needs and goals for our son were and wrote him a treatment plan that targeted our exact challenges. Its been a huge blessing to have the support of his RBT during the times of our week that weve most struggled and our child has come a long way in a short amount of time with her patient guidance and support. We feel that hes so much better prepared for school and social interactions with peers and all of our friends and family have noticed hugely positive changes in their ability to connect with him after even a few months of ABA. Hes calmer more contentplayful and able to engage with adults and peers so much more readily. We have so many fewer meltdowns now too.HHFs administrative and billing staff have also been lovely to work with and the clinic director very accessible if we ever have any questions for her. Highly recommend this organization for your ABA needs.

Our son started with Helping Hands in October 2022 and the progress he has made is just incredible. Our son looks forward to going and has so much fun with Mariah. Amy and Mariah are both very dedicated to our son and his success. The whole team at Helping Hands Collegeville is great with our son and he has made so many friends. I highly recommend them

My son Lucca has really made a lot of progressed. Prior to starting his program with helping hands our son was unable to communicate with us. Now although he is still nonverbal he is able to communicate with us by bringing things to us. For example when he is hungry he brings us a pedisure to let us know . He is starting to engage with us in play and he overall seems much happier. Thank you guys for all the wonderful work you do .

My son has been with Helping Hands for a few months now. He went from not being able to sit and attend an activity at a table for no longer than 2-5 minutes to now being able to sit patiently working on activities for 30-45 mins with only a few breaks in between. We are seeing the positive changes we hoped for with going with Helping Hands. He even uses PECS to ask for the OT room at Helping Hands when hes home.

Helping Hands Family has been a boon to our family. The team is immensely supportive patient responsive and organized. After months and months of being shoved aside by offices that were too busy to help us or terrible at responding to our questions and inquiries Helping Hands Family blew our minds with their friendliness professionalism and speed. Would definitely recommend this team.
