Helping Hands employ some of the best RBT therapists that Ive seen. Kim and Rachel were such a pleasure to work with and Kelsey and Sarah were exceptional They were true partners on our familys journey through ABA. They worked with 2 of my boys ages 4 and 6 guided by knowledgeable and wise BCBA Grace Grecia who is nothing short of a child whisperer. Everyone at the agency was very responsible reliable open to feedback and my concerns. I never had a therapist miss a session. When they took time off they gave me advance notice. When I mentioned a specific concern they would incorporate it into the plan.I cried on the day our insurance plan changed and we became out of network with themHelping Hands ABA are above and beyond in every sense compared to the current ABA company that we use that is in-network with our insurance. I would recommend them without any hesitation to any family looking for quality ABA services for their children. Chana and team thank you so much

Surprised to see the comments below mine Most likely had the wrong company in mind. I went through training with Helping Hands ABA and was very impressed with their thoroughness and passion. Id be shocked if they didnt provided exceptional services. Would recommend if your looking for ABA services.

My son is in 3rd grade and recently received an updated diagnosis of Autism level 1 etc. so like many parents I am navigating the mental health space and trying to find him top quality ABA therapy. This center as of March 2023 the date Im leaving this review has unethically pushed their employees to leave 5 star reviews to fluff up their business ranking and attract new clients by the time you read this they maymay not have deleted themWhat Im very sadly running into are centers that either have tons of negative reviews overbilled parents by thousands took a year to get their child services sent ABA techs with absolutely no autismABA background etc. OR Im finding places that SEEM to have great 5 star reviews like this one but upon researching further you discover the reviews are not legitimate. If you are searching for a good ABA center make sure to click on ALL of the reviews. Youll see that many centers have TONS of brand new 3-4 week old reviews. ALL of these reviews come from accounts that surprise surprise ONLY have reviewed themtheir other locations with 5 stars AND by people who dont exist. They use realistic names and particular names but you cant find these people online the way you can find ME for instance online.Additionally a lot of these places have pushed their employees to fluff up the look of their Google reviews by leaving 5 star reviews so that theyll rank in searches so its important when researching a place for your child to click through the names of people leaving comments see if they actually leave other LEGITIMATE reviews that are aged not all recent and that theyre mostly in nearby locations not all over the place or theyre likely fake accounts that are created to give businesses 5 star reviews..and also make sure to check YELP. It seems unethical business owners have a harder time having genuine reviews removed from there.Im aware of many of the tactics poor businesses use online as Im in the SEObusiness marketing space and have helped rank businesses accordingly in my line of work.It is truly sad that this is what is rampant in the mental health space so please make sure you rate and review EVERY place you engage with to help other parents and to hold these truly dishonest companies accountable. When I find an ethical and high quality ABA center I will attempt to update my reviews to share that.EDIT UPDATE Reply to Owners Comment Please read what the review was for. You guys are fabricating reviews. Be an ethical business.

Stay away from this company a horrible experience I had. It is called Helping Hands its more like not helping and lazy hands I have been looking for an ABA specialist for a handful of months I came across them on Google read the reviews and obviously the reviews are totally bogus fabricated by their employees or AI. Needless to say we went through at least four different specialists within a handful of months and it did not work out each specialist or supposedly a specialist did lack experience or was just in it for the money because of their enthusiasm towards work. Each one were either fresh out of high school as it seemed or a freshman in college and that was not speculation that was actually disclosure from the ABA specialist themselves. I must say I was very disappointed with the services and I guess after confronting the company and suggesting that they should hire ABA specialists with vast experience and not just hire them because of cheap labor they stopped services with me Im not surprised as I saw right through their facade. I can honestly say it was a waste of time and if youre looking for ABA services do yourself a favor and stay away because their hands are not helping at all.UpdateTo the owner of this company in response to your insinuation I will absolutely NOT delete this post as everything I said is TRUE I did not mistaken your company for another and this is not spam. I had a terrible experience with your company and it is what it is. Also do not try and discredit me or any other parents who speak the truth about your company.

Strictly for monetary gain you are told you can modify the schedule and then chastised for it. My family was discharged without validation and given 9 days notice

I have worked with Helping Hands ABA P.C for around four months and I must say this was the best career decision I have ever made. I came into the company ready to learn and assist and little did I know that there would be so much for me to learn about myself and my ability to play a part in others life. The company is small but powerful. The company believes in providing the best services and in doing so they seek individuals who are willing to learn and who take care of themselves in a holistic approach not just work focused. The amount of resources and trainings offered help to make sure no one not a client or an employee fall through the loop holes. The connections with our families are genuine and authentic and places the client as the priority. Overall Ive loved my experience working with Helping Hands ABA P.C and cannot wait to continue learning and growing professionally.

As an LBA for years in the field I chose to work with Helping Hands ABA P.C. due to the enthusiasm of the administration to ensure that the families and staff are cared for and their needs met with. With the increase in ABA providers in the state of NY and NJ LBAsBCBAs have several companies to pick from. I am very glad I opted to work with Helping Hands for multiple reasons. Great pay benefits for supervisors like CEUsConference attendance very responsive staff to support incase of technical issues are a few reasons. However the strongest facet of the company is the quality of behavior therapists and the resources and time spent to ensure they get the best training Another asset to the company is the driving force the executive director Chana Tilson. She is the reason Helping Hands is fantastic. Proud to be part of HH

I had an overall very positive experience with Helping Hands for ABA services for my son. Its run very professionally and the director Chana and RBTs we had in particular were great and very responsive and caring. I always felt like they were on my side and were happy to take the time to keep me updated and satisfied which is so important when things are stressful enough dealing with behavior problems at school. They were also willing to work with me to find a unicorn of a bilingual EnglishChinese RBT who could come out in person to Queens during the pandemic. I did have one minor issue with a BCBA who did not show up to school without prior notice for an FBA but I do think that was an anomaly compared to my overall great experience. And this is coming from someone who has had multiple experiences at this point with early intervention plus a couple different private insurance-based agencies I recommend Helping Hands wholeheartedly
