Hearts & Horses is a PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) International Premier Accredited Facility that serves those with physical, mental and emotional needs. Our mission at Hearts & Horses is to promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of individuals with special needs through equine assisted activities and therapies. We are committed to excellence the goal of providing our community with equine facilitated programs that are therapy-based and outcome-oriented. We serve an average of 180 riders per week with the primary assistance of a wonderful herd of horses, over 1,500 volunteers annually and our highly qualified staff. Our program serves a diverse population within our local community which includes: children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities, at-risk youth, veterans, and seniors with Alzheimer's.
