Thee best of them all out of all 50 states sounds great huh but its a fact get the JOB done. Definitely highly recommend for disability. These people are great no matter what state they will fight for you to make your Dream come true. I just want to tell them thank you. Always on time and very dependable. They were a God send...I got rejected the first and second time as everyone told me to expect but for the 3rd appeal I was granted disability. Anyone thinking of applying by themselves...call them first

I have to talk to so many different people and none of them understand wat I have been trying to tell them and then not only that but Ive been finding out stuff and doing more leg work they have I dont understand thats why I wanted them so they can help me this has been goin on since 2000 wen I got my tbi and I have been getting everytime .I dont know what to do .

I have them as a lawyer but not sure I need them I was the one who called to verify that disability had all the doctors that was needed for my case to go forward They said we only have 2 doctors Wouldnt recommend them for a disability case They dont follow through unless you push them My case is finally moving forward because of me calling in all the doctors for disability Not sure I should finish with them Disgusting behavior as well

Heard and smith handled my disability case for me and I am extremely happy with them and getting my disability approved. If I didnt have them I would have had to start the process over twice. They resubmitted the appeal for me on time which I wouldve missed because my depression was pretty bad at the time so I didnt have the energy to do anything. And if youve ever were been depressed you know how hard simple task are. It is for sure worth hiring a lawyer and I highly recommend heard and smith. In over three years with them never spoke with any employee that was rude. Thank you guys

When I got onto Social Security to file for myself a question was asked if I would like to consult with an attorney. Why not. Within minutes on a Saturday I got a call.If you are not aggressive if you arent comfortable calling the firm to check on the status dont hire them. They tell you up front if you want to know the status you need to call them.My case was difficult with multiple doctors all over Las Vegas. We ended up moving in the middle of filing. Nevada lost my file. Idaho took over. More doctors. First time denial. Two year process with favorable outcome.

I contracted with this company to help with my disability filing. At first I thought they would be good because my comprehension in reading is horrible but they were no help. They give you a portal and during the course of the year I sent several messages asking question but no one ever responded. I even tried to call but still got no help. So when I received a letter with a denial from the SSI I was surprised to also receive a letter from them saying they would no longer be handling my case even though there is still an appeal hearing that could be filed. Now I have a new company that is very responsive and have gotten me a hearing date.This company only wants easy money and are not trying to help

I would and do recommend Heard and Smith to everyone I hear is working on a disability claim. They were awesome. They made everything so easy I didnt even have to give some addresses of the doctors clinics hospitals or any other place I was seen for medical issues. All I had to do is give them the name in the city and they would have all of the other information they needed no matter where in the country you are. I was apprehensive about using an out-of-state attorney but I took my chances and am very glad I did. When it was time to go before the judge even though their office is in San Antonio there was an attorney there waiting for me at the social security office in Jacksonville Florida when I walked in. Also they took less of a percentage than any other company I could find then or any that Ive heard of since by at least 10 if not 20 or more. Thank you so much for helping me get my case approved
