At Healthy Focus, we work collaboratively with individuals and families to help them discover new and creative ways to be truly happy, reach their full potential, and live the life they envision. We support clients as they tell their story, heal and explore ways to build upon their strengths, enhance their coping skills, and and create peace and happiness within. Our therapeutic services are exclusively online and offered to individuals and families located throughout California. In addition to therapy, we have a passion for supporting professionals and offer therapist consultation, PCIT and PC-CARE Training, and strive to build community through our consultation groups for therapists and providers.

Karrie Lager, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist with 20 years experience providing therapy to children and adults. Her specialities include parent-child coaching, parent consultations, ADHD, gifted and creative individuals, and stress management. Additionally, Dr. Karrie is a training partner with UC Davis CAARE Center and provides online Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist and TOT training and PC-CARE therapist training.
