I am not sure about any of the previous reviews but my kids have been attending this office for about 4 years on and off and I have never had any issues with scheduling rescheduling or reaching anyone on the phone.The girls in the front desk are able to answer my questions politely and respectfully. They call when theres a reschedule or the therapist doesnt show.Therapist here are awesome kind and caring and they always inform you of how the session went and how much improvement has happened.I would definitely recommend this place and keep bringing my children here for therapy.Thank you for everything Beth Ingram

The therapists are amazing and we love them. However the comments on not being able to get anyone on the phone are 100 true. I have found it easier to just show up at the office when I need something instead of calling because I can never get an answer.

GLady it the Top BEST Speech therapist hands down. Thanks so much Which is the only reason I continued services at this place.But the OT Department in Brandon Location is literally a jokeI will be Moving my child as he is on a waitting list for OT somewhere else. The facility is very old looking and Basic. The OT gym is dark and smelly not inviting at all. The OT therapists look unhappy and overwhelmed. The books toys trampolines crayons desk and chairs all need to be replaced asap. For the prices they charge per child a session this clinic def needs a drastic upgrademakeover.

This company will lie to you about their credentials to get your business and your money. My grandson may never speak again due to the negligence that came from this company and is being covered up by their owner director and legal team. They are being sued. Avoid at all costs if you want your child to learn.

We have been going to this practice for over 2 years. Sam at the front desk always helpful on the phone and via emails. I appreciate her follow up on appointments.The speech therapists have been very helpful to help move our son forward in his therapy plan. Natalie was his main therapist for a while and to her being a speech therapist is more than just a job. She really puts all her heart into everything she does and especially all the kids. Always impressed how she can connect with our son and make the sessions challenging and fun at the same time.He is currently seeing Amanda and Lindsay and they are an excellent team in working towards his goals. Their collaboration is appreciated as makes his lessons more valuable.All the other therapists we have seen during rescheduling have been great as well.The only feedback is the timing between when a therapy series ends and a new restarts can be improved. I understand some of it is the insurance delay.

Im leaving this review to acknowledge some of the amazing people at this location.Sam at the front desk is always very friendly and is incredibly helpful whenever an issue arises. She always calls me to let me know if an appointment needs to change days or if we will be seeing a different therapist. In the past when we have run into issues shes gone out of her way to try to solve them to make sure my sons appointments are not interrupted. If something comes up where she isnt able to help then she gets in contact with someone who can. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about her and hope her contributions there are appreciated much as she deserves.Also a special thank you to Becky and Natalie. My son absolutely adores them and they have both have contributed greatly to his success. They are both the most wonderful people and are deserving of acknowledgement. Im not sure if they are aware of how much their work is appreciated but I hope this review goes some way toward letting them and others know how truly special they are.SincerelyMarcus

Not who is running this Brandon office but the communication is awful. You have people in the front office who dont have answers and tells you to call the front office. I moved my sons therapy to schedule him with Amanda to find out he was assigned to someone else and didnt bother to call and communicate the changes. As soon he is done with his last two sessions and moving him to another facility.

The work that Susan has done with my son is amazing and he has come such a long way since starting his Occupational Therapy. Very kind and caring staff. One on one treatment plans that are personalized for his needs and abilities.

The front desk staff have always been helpful professional and pleasant to me especially Samantha. Ive been informed of any cancellations in a timely manner and then in turn BI has been very flexible and accommodating with my own sheduling meeds. Most importantly my son has seen significant progress under the experienced direction of his SLP Ms. Natalie Donihi. She is absolutely top tier at what she does and BI is lucky to have such a tremendous asset to their staff.

Quality care and many great occupational and speech therapists on site to see. My experiences have not always been perfect but the care and quality of services out weighs any scheduling errors or past mistakes. I spoke with the Director and we worked out any differences and all it takes is communication. I believe in the care and would reccommend this company for your childs needs.
