Have A Heart, Inc.

The mission of Have A Heart, Inc. is to provide relief for families with physically and/or developmentally disabled loved ones. Our primary goal is to provide specialized care for each of our clients. When Have A Heart, Inc. opened its doors in 1994, our mission was to provide children’s respite services. Since then, we have expanded our services to include adult respite weekends, an adult family home, and an adult day program. Our programming focuses on a social and recreational model in an effort to prevent isolation and loneliness. In addition, we pride ourselves in providing a flexible, comfortable environment for all of our clients. Have A. Heart, Inc. is licensed by the State of Wisconsin to serve children and adults, and we strive for compliance with the licensure. Our supportive staff is trained to follow the individual service plans developed to meet the specific needs of each client. As a Wisconsin 501 (c) (3) Charitable Nonprofit Organization, we are governed by a Board of Directors with a focus on quality client care and program growth in order to better serve the community.
