This is the worst mental health facility in Toledo I would give them a zero if I could. I have been waiting for someone to call me back since October of last year on for a case management and Brooke the doctor said she would take care of and call me back the next week that was over a month and half ago. I have been calling three times a week to get this taken care of but it seem no one dose there job. I have had two case managers told me to come in so I come in for the appointment and then they tell me we dont have a appointment that happened four times and I dont drive. I would rather get help from a stranger off the streets than go back to that place..THEY DONT WANT TO HELP YOU AT ALLThanks

I experienced racism at Harbor was told repetitively Im not good enough because of the color of my skinwas also told I wasnt equal because of my genderand was encouraged not to seek religious healing. Megan pucci her supervisor November and the human rights officer are all prejudiced. Im going to the Zeft center I hear theyre much better

Dr. Cumbo I dont know what kind of voodoo you did on my daughter. I have spent years trying to get to the bottom of my daughters depression with multiple doctors offices but she has never been able to open up to anyone. After the 30 minute VIDEO CHAT with you MEETING HER FOR THE FIRST TIME my daughter spilled her guts to me about everything and we are finally on the right track I cannot thank you enough

My daughter sees Amanda Chagolla at the Sylvania location. Amanda is friendly pleasant informed and doesnt waste time. Prior to knowing exactly what integrated care meantI mistakenly gave her a low rating but I now understand more and take it back. shes only the physician at harbor take advantage of other help availableThere are case managers case workers counselors etc.Numerous different positions all a part of the same spectrum.I think Harbor is doing better..At the end of c0vd everyone was rather discombobulated and Harbor was no exception. Im happy to report that they seem to be running fairly smoothly again and I hope to continue on there. Thanks

My son had an assessment done to see if he would qualify for services. She told me I would get a call to schedule my sons next step into the program if he needs it. Last week Sunday evening. My phone rang once and a voice message was left to return thw call to get my son scheduled for a psychological evaluation. For a couple days I recieved no call back. So I called the main scheduling. I told her the womans name and said I had to get my sons psychological evaluation. She scheduled for my son with a man. A week later from the missed call the woman calls to schedule. I informed her I made the appointment already. She snapped very quickly with an attitude and said it was for medication. She said when I made the appointment I didnt make myself clear or something. Pretty sure PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION doesnt sound like MEDICATION.. I even told the scheduling the womans name who called who does the scheduling for those appointments. It was also confirmed at the end of the call it was for a PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION. Well my sons appointment was rescheduled with the same guy for 10 days later. Not sure why the attitude for wanting my son to get the help he needs. Maybe she felt her toes got stepped on when I went past her and straight to scheduling.. its not about her though its about a toddler getting the help he needs to develop.I didnt use names incase any form or relation is done which might compromise my childs help.Hopefully no other problems arise for my son.UNFORTUNATELY yet another issue has came. my son had his first appointment set for the end of February. The woman canceled. Said she had a meeting she would be in. I have been calling since the follwoing day after she called to reschedule. I cant get anybody on the phone in scheduling. Nobody is returning my calls.Update... it took 3 months for them to schedule him his first appointment. This has been ongoing since October 2022Save your time and energy and get your children proper and professional help anywhere elseWe since switched to zepf and my son is with a therapist has a ohioRise caseworker hell get a caseworker with zepf aswell and theyve even helped him get into a preschool program and will help him get an IEP for when he begins kindergarten and enroll him into a school for special needs children. All this has been done within a single monthOnly downside is zepf no longer tests for Austim. So for that we are searching a facility who does.My son is without a doubt on the spectrum and hes nonverbal.. my son at harbor was put as has aniexty and some delaysThey REFUSE to diagnose a child properly.Their reasoning as to why my son isnt on the spectrum... he smiled while playing with toys.

They will overdose you on your medications and dump you once youre out of medication since they over gave what the prescribed amount is. They also take your body wash shampoo and conditioner and clothing when youre leaving that you brought with you. WOULDNT TRUST THIS PLACE. especially when youre in a time of need. Absolutely disgusting. A place like this shouldnt have any kind of funding.

I am not one to normally rate a business or service on the web but being a Harbor patient and seeing some dissatisfaction inclines me to do so. Negative reviews get the attention but mine is on the other end of the spectrum. I owe a debt of gratitude to all of the staff and my incredible therapist for leading and guiding me through my own traumas over a long period of time. Every service is not for every person and occasionally the patient needs to examine their own expectations. Perhaps continue looking until you find the provider that can meet yours. I love Harbor and it is clear that they care about me. Troy Johnson

I would give a zero star rating if able.How much worse can the service and customer service at a licensed mental health facility be when...1 Video therapy appointment links consistently do not work during COVID2 Harbor refuses to return to face-to-face appointments when the vast majority of the greater Toledo-area doctors dentists and other behavioral health services have returned to 1-on-1 face-to-face appointments3 when calling about concerns their calling trees lead to automated messages or often full-mail boxes4 calls are often not returned in a timely manner 2 weeks or more is not timely5 and when they finally call you back you are given the run around from office workerslow-level management to call certain people...which resumes the terrible service cycle of steps 3-5.

My daughter started going here and they have been professional and helpful. They were able to start therapy and were able to get her evaluated immediate as well has help treat her. These people care about our children and want to see them get help and not struggle. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs counseling or mental health treatment.

I been with this harbor mental illness facilities since 2005 with my high school with supposedly to people with disabilities and theyre most sorriest lousy and poorest service ever came across with. Theyre always be switching so-called caseworkers like 2 to every 45 max.Theyre treated me so poor theyre very rude and had to get me new caseworkers and a new psychologist as theyre no good to me.I do not recommend anybody with disabilities to ever go to harbor.Theyre be losing my cases since 2008 until now. Harbor is the worse place ever.They dont provide services for people with disabilities. Theyre liars.
