I suggested my child volunteer with animals for emotional therapy for themselves since they loved animals. My child wanted to check out happy trails so we went in for their orientation. Later my child said they didnt want to volunteer because of the persons attitude who lead the orientation. I had to say I agree she was rude had zero patience. I dont know how they expect their volunteers to learn to care for special needs with her at the lead. Any volunteers should be treated with some respect for giving their time care. Not treated disrespectful for absolutely no reason like a lesser person because youre just the help.
