I'm Hannah, a speech therapist based in the Cow Hollow neighborhood in San Francisco. I've worked with clients ages 12 months through 40 years of age in my 13 years as a licensed SLP. My areas of experience include early intervention, gestalt language processing, childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), speech sound disorders, phonological disorders, developmental language disorder (DLD) and stuttering. My hobbies including deflecting requests from my own children, ages 8 and 10, caring for family dog (and other dog, and snails, and fish, and crab, and worms...and shrimp...), planning our next trip, managing Google calendars, maintaining my Duolingo streak (Day 938) and trying to optimize on sleep. I have an undergraduate degree in Human Biology (minor in Communications) from Stanford University and completed my graduate degree in Speech, Language & Hearing Sciences at San Diego State University.

Who are you best positioned to serve?

I best support preschool-age and early elementary children with phonological disorders and developmental language disorder. I enjoy working with young children with delayed language skills, and those who are gestalt language processors, and collaborating with their families and caregivers. I also have experience working with people who stutter, including using the Lidcombe Program for children under age 6, and advanced training in DTTC, a treatment approach for children with childhood apraxia of speech.
