The Hancock County Board of Developmental Disabilities, locally known as Blanchard Valley Center, is the first point of contact for providing cradle-to-grave services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Hancock County. We take pride in providing people with the greatest opportunities for community inclusion in all aspects of their lives – education, employment, residential and social.
