Horrible... they wont give the toy my son wants and on top after cancellation of membership will not stop the automatic deduction.

Made a purchase for my son. The pants did not fit right and needed to be changed. Tags still on never worn less than a week later. Rude Store manager blamed me for changing the tags on the pants. That they are stained and used. Apparently Karen saw stains not visible to the naked eye. I have two kids and will not shop at gymbore ever again. Had a very bad experience today.

Its low key never crowded great parking policy has a nice theater with wine bar and reserved seating that shows latest films as well as those others that are hard to find elsewhere. If the Food Court and other restaurants dont suit your fancy you can always dine right out side along Pico where there are about a dozen other diners from sushi to italian and ice-cream to good ol american burger and fries to satisfy that appetite of yours. Not aesthetically as nice as perhaps some other malls on the westside but if you are going for a chill vibe this might hit the spot.

its fun and has a lot of shops but the only thing is that it should open up earlier and have bigger stores so there is a lot of stuff in 1 store instead of me going all over the place in which one store should have it. that also says that there isnt a lot of items in the mall

I like this mall as it has a great parking info as it shows how many on which floor most malls dont tell you that

Westside pavilion is the great shopping mall. The parking garage is really cool as its indicating the lights whether the spot is available or taken. Its never get crowded because they do have lots of spaces available

My favorite place in this mall is the bridge over Westwood Blvd. I enjoy having a coffee and watching the activity on the street. The theater isnt bad here either although I do miss the bookstore.
