Gymboree Play & Music - Lafayette

I absolutely love this place and so do my girls The environment is always clean and tidy and lots of equipment for the kids to play. The owners and the people who work there really make the place amazing. They set the precedence for positive energy from the moment you step through the door. we are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. They remember the kids names and always make them feel special super helpful also they dont hesitate to jump in and help if you need a hand. Im so grateful that I found this place and I highly recommend

We did not have a good experience with Gymboree. They have poor customer service. When we wanted to speak with the owner which she said herself she will call we never heard from her. We have cancelled our membership with them and the manager told us any unused classes we have we wont be able to attend anymore. We still have 2 days left before our next billing. My son got sick the only day we could attend so it is either we still attend the class or we lose our money. But they can just cancel a class with short notice no problem I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will always share this horrible experience to all the mom group I am in.
