Baby loves it here Weve been apart of the classes since he was 5 months old He is now 10 months and we will continue on A must with your little oneUpdate my son is now 18 months and still loves coming here He has learned so much taking classes weekly with Mr. Ryan teacher it is super clean very friendly great spot for moms to meet other moms or dads to take the little one for an hour. Its local its a good size gym perfect to go on hot summer days or rainy days instead of staying home or spending tons of money. We are expecting another little one so we will keep our little boy in and hopefully add our newborn to the babies class soon

The lady who was there was awful. She forcefully pulled a toy out of my 2 year olds hand and made her cry on her birthday because the activity was over. And when I called to let them know they didnt care at all. So rude. Unbelievable.

Teachers are amazing my son loved the teachers singing and guitar playing. But I experienced one of the worst customer service by the owner.

The place is okey but the guy who supposedly entertains the children is rude to adults.

I did Gymboree 30 years ago with my daughter and wanted to give it a try with my one year-old grandson. After six months I am so pleased to see the growth in large motor skills music and socialization. The instructor Mr Ryan is wonderful and gives advice to assist with speech motor development and confidence. At the end of class there are bubbles and parachute time. Mr Ryan also plays the guitar for a cute songdance experience.

The teachers here are amazing - enough to keep us here for 5 years in spite of a steady stream of billing issues with the owner. We saw multiple instances where the price increased 10 without any kind of notice on an automatic credit card billing. If we werent paying attention apparently the owner Mitch planned to simply pocket the overcharges. Most recent occurrence started May 2012 and continued despite repeated requests to refund that were acknowledged by Mitch only nothing ever happened. Finally did a charge-back through credit card company only to have Mitch yell at my wife about how this cost him an extra 25 from his processing company. As if it was our fault he was overcharging us and we were having to go through the hassle of getting a refund.Last straw was Mitch deciding to hassle my wife every time she attended class about how were not paying enough because he has raised prices on new clients. Always seemed to do this when I wasnt around so apparently hes into bullying women but doesnt like talking with men.Now I understand if a business owner decides to raise prices on new or even existing customers but as with everything in life mom taught us theres a right way and a wrong way. Pretty sure the wrong way is to yell at customers especially a man yelling at a mom with her kids - no class and raise automatic billing amounts without any heads updiscussionnotification.Come talk to me in a calm fashion and explain your new pricing to give me a chance to decide whether we want to continue with a different price. Short of that its one star and a lot of bad word of mouth for you sir.
